Price and convenience are great.

The beds are far too soft. As well, all the furniture is very low. For someone my age (70ish), it's hard to get up and down.

Beds/pillows not comfortable (master bedroom was listed as a king but was actually 2 singles pushed together and were very creaky, house a little dirty (baseboards had thick coat of dust, walls need repainting)

Ideal location for us. Stores nearby. Convenient free parking. Lots of hot water. Keyless, coded entry. Plentiful shampoo and conditioner provided, but no bar soap for bathroom. Rainshower shower-head. Lots of pans, cutlery, etc. Roomy closets. Electric fireplace.

Very uncomfortable bed (two twin headboards improperly joined together) Unreliable wifi (had to reboot modem four times). Washer malfunction (wouldn't drain). Basically a basement apartment with noise from guests upstairs. Poor quality window coverings, especially not suited to bedroom. Coffee cups chipped. Chairs, stools, sofas uncomfortable.
