Clean, pool was clear

Elevator broke down. Wouldn’t be fixed for 3 days. Not fun for a 66 year old to carry a suitcase down 3 flights of stairs

did not like the breakfast, it was very poor. so if you are looking for a clean and comfortable hotel, you can choose this one. but if you're looking for a hotel with a good breakfast, it's better to skip it.

Breakfast was basic, not great. Good coffee. Really wonderful staff.

The cockroach I killed in our room, the broken air conditioner unit, the broken shower rod, the uncomfortable beds, and the Indian birthday party with fireworks next door.

The parking bay is near the room! The room is quiet and comfortable. The reception staff is very nice and helpful.

The breakfast didn't consist of many choice, mainly pre-packaged bread/donut.

leaking faucet in the bathroom. Drain wouldn’t open. Heating was extremely noisy. I got on the elevator on the second floor and it didn’t work. The Georgia state open so I had to get out and take the stairs.

Location, Room and cleanliness were fine

Staff was rude. Extended my stay for two additional days only to find my belongings mishandled in the lobby when I returned. Everything thrown in garbage bag including leaking toiletries. Suitcase unzipped with belongings falling out. Had to do laundry before work the following day. Requested many times to speak with Manager or Owner. Unfortunately I was working double jobs and left in the early morning and returned after 10:00PM. Sent multiple emails and no one returned my calls or emails:-( Very disappointed

The front desk was not very accommodating. We drove for more than 7 hours and when we got there, instead of check us in, she was talking to a co-worker for awhile even though she saw us standing in front of her. Not a good customer service. Hallway at the upper level is too tight especially with the cart. having a hard time maneuvering it to get to the room. Also, Someone banging on our door at night and she said she was staying below us and that she can hear our footsteps the whole day, but we didn't get back to our room until night time as we came from the memorial service. The banging thing on the door was quite scary but then again I never stayed on a motel like site.

Nothing, rooms were okay but no breakfast was offered only a coffee and a granola bar, very disappointed in the breakfast , they cut it due to "covid" bit I think they're just cheap and overpriced

The elevator carpet smells because it’s kind of old. The bathroom door so noisy when opening.

The staff was rude upon checking in, was forced to pay $9.99 gratituity fee that was never mentioned on website nor on booking.com, the bed was hard and very uncomfortable. I had a future booking for the San Francisco 49ers game but canceled reservation and booked at other location.
