I am here so often whenever I in town. I’m always check in early around one or 2 o’clock all the time I pay additional charge $20 only. But last time they type me $40 I’m not happy for that. I told them and they say no it’s $40 that’s only point I’m not happy I don’t mind the pay. But that is not right I never received any email for race.

The bed was confortable.

5 nights stay and the room was never made, not once...i don't mind to keep the towel to limit our ecologic impact. But I expect the bed to be done and the bathroom cleaned as a minimum service otherwise i would take an Rbnb... no possibility to chromecast the tv.

the property was nice. The bar n grill food was wonderful. My drink was good also. The one waiter was working very hard.

The rooms bathroom was very outdated. The phone in room had a button for room service when room service was not operating.

The resort fee is a joke. There are no resort ammendities. A very small pool and spa and the inside gym is so out of date. Now they charge $18 per day for parking, another insult.

when I called house keeping, no one answer the phone. I had to go to the front desk in person. Their toothbrush and toothpaste have the lowest quality I have ever seen. Also, they don’t provide disposable slippers.
