I liked the central location which is close to the gaslamp quarter

There’s no food/drink heck even water for sale late at night. Got back from a concert late and needed just some water. There is nothing open around or in the lobby. Not even a vending machine. And no free WiFi? That is crazy in my opinion

Great experience! The place was very clean, and the manager even bought me a medicine ball that aided in helping me keep my voice. Lorvetta from the bar was helpful & very friendly.

Good location

No self parking really inconvenient, only valet parking feels like being rob, shower water pressure is very low and loud, bed is too soft, elevator is had to get on in check out time.

We were allowed to upgrade the room and check in earlier.

It smelled like cigarette smoke. The Marriott member ID was not activated for me to use the app.

Inadequate room service. Arrived after 7pm and room not ready.

The location was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Check in process was a little weird but Paul Dunlop did a great job figuring everything out. Our room was pretty large. We really liked the Continental Breakfast cards and the pool was pretty good. Also, we were not expecting the hotel to charge up our car before we left. That was AMAZING.

The bathroom was of a good size. But, my daughters had trouble reaching the bottles of shampoo & conditioner in the shower because they were mounted too high on the wall.

Super comfortable beds, amazing staff and the Bronze Bird restaurant was absolutely amazing!

Wi-Fi was very bad. I eventually gave up.

Restaurant and bar was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job on the 16 floor during my stay.

Parking not convenient at hotel. Way too expensive.

Complimentary drink voucher. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable.

Bathroom water pressure was low for sink and shower. Valet and elevators took a long time when checking out.
