Location and renting the guitar

It was very loud when staying on the 2nd floor. They moved us after the first night.

Very close to the convention center.

A/C wasn’t cooling my room very well. Too hot to get a good night rest.

Central location for Gaslamp Quarter

The location was perfect.

Rundown rooms with an extremely uncomfortable bed that was very low to the ground. Furniture was old and outdated tops were water damaged. Housekeeping was unfriendly had to ask for more toilet paper twice. Room not cleaned very well. There was no fridge space to put any of your own drinks, inside it was full of alcohol which could be dangerous for your children. There was also a vibrator and condoms box out in the open for you to buy and use, inside the room. Pools were closed for adults only from 12pm-6pm on Saturdays which was inconvenient. This hotel is not for children, do not bring your kids here.

they were meant to come and clean the room every day, it was not. The air conditioning made quite a noise, the size of room for a quadruple room was pretty small. Fitness centre had no bathroom facilities close to it - or they were not 24hrs, overall hotel is very tired looking

The beds were very comfortable as were the pillow. I thought the room would be kind of noisy but I was totally wrong. It was quiet and we slept very well.

The view could have been better. We looked out on to a turf patio by the pool.

The location was great! Close to everything. Our room was awesome with great views. The hotel restaurant was amazing!

Loved that stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Being a rock'n roll fan, this was nice to be inside of this atmosphere. The staff was great and I particularly loved the view and the free bicycle offering.

I could have liked a bath in the bathroom, but otherwise, very nice stay!

Location is great.

Our air conditioning unit did not heat. It was cold, raining and windy outside. We had no heat in our room and could not get comfortable. We couldn’t find ice anywhere. All ice machines were empty so we called down to the front desk for ice and it never came. Called again, it still never came.

The view from our balcony was beautiful and I appreciated the central location and close proximity to the convention center.

The room had several safety concerns for me since I was traveling with my 18 month old daughter. The coffee table was literally a metal frame with a 1/2" piece of glass sitting on top of it. The glass slid all around, freely, exposing the very sharp corners. The inside door handle to the balcony came off in my hand so maintenance had to come repair it. Also the TV stand was not level at all. There was a side table that had a drink tray on it, holding some glassware. I removed the tray so that my daughter couldn't get ahold of the glassware and the side table had severe water staining on it. Wifi was $15 per day -- who doesn't have free wifi in 2022? I just don't think the room was adequate for what we paid.

Everything was over priced. A bottle of water was $11. Room service was ridiculously priced with all the extra fees. 2 toasts with 2 eggs was a $58 bill. Had leftovers but no fridge to put them in and no microwave to heat them up. It was disappointing and nothing special about the room and the stay.

Location and swimming pool

Bit dated, funny layout. Weird big diner on the ground floor that wasn't really utilised, didn't seem to know what it wanted to be. Rooms are 90's kitsch, the worlds moved on
