staff was friendly, beds were clean, shower was warm I could see the beach from my room

The fact that they advertise breakfast and they don't I went for breakfast and all they had was coffee and muffins wow for the price they charge its not worth it

The location is close to everything

it’s very outdated, we had a nonsmoking room and the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes. The rooms aren’t clean and the bedding is ridden with cigarette burns

3 Iights didn't work, plugs fell out of electrical outlets, the view was between 2 walls, non smoking but you could smell smoke as soon as you opened the door, plug in sink stuck and needed pried up everything using the sink

the room and bathroom both had growth of black mold. the electrical outlets were not safe.

It was a lot cheaper than the hotels along the broadwalk.

WiFi connection was terrible. Most of the time I got no connection at all. You gotta get better at that.

The location was the only plus.

The photos of the hotel are very deceptive. The hotel is not kept up well, carpets filthy, bathroom fixtures falling out of the ceiling, stains in linens and towels. As for the breakfast, again deceptive photos, a brown paper bag with a juice and packaged muffin was thrust into our hands rather than what was pictured on the site in photo 3. First two photos - lobby on the site v. lobby in reality. And yes, we exited the elevator to check out and were greeted with four police officers in the lobby. Very disappointing stay.

staff was nice and accommodating. Any issue we had they took care of The room slept 6 which was great

The room was not very clean and it was very obvious. The carpeting was not vacuumed. There were items under the beds so it was more obvious that the carpeting had not been done. There was left over food in the microwave when we opened it to use it. There was NO continental breakfast. Just coffee and tea

Everything none of my rooms was cleaned properly I have to go out to the store and get cleaning products the pictures that was on booking.com was for a completely different location then the wanna be breakfast was juice and a muffins that the staff had behind the counter we was not able to pick what we wanted they picked for us then the shower curtains inthe rooms was nasty then in my room the balcony door was broken this was just the worst experience

The front desk attendant who was present when we checked out early was helpful despite dealing with an issue in the lobby.

The parking is sketchy. Very tight and not secure or properly marked. Upon walking into the lobby it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The elevator was unnerving but the only stairwell was also just as unnerving. We checked out the room and noticed the smell in the hall. The bedding was clean appearing, but the carpet was disgusting, the pull out couch was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was just falling apart. We only stayed one night, as we drove many hours to get there with our young children, ultimately We cut our stay short after an awful night.

Nothing at all the elevator buttons had dried blood on it the hallways has a stench smell coming from it and it’s smell funny in the room the shower head was broken I couldn’t take a shower because the water was coming out all type of ways no vending machines or ice machines also wasn’t provided Wi-Fi services I barely got any sleep me or my child it was the worst experience I have ever endured and I will like a FULL REFUND!
