The elevator situation

Bien situé pour profiter du boardwalk. Lit confortable et la dimension de notre chambre vue sur mer était très bien

Notre chambre était directement en face de l'ascenseur et le bruit passait facilement par la porte de la chambre. Malgré que c'est un hotel non fumeur, l'odeur de cannabis flottait souvent juque dans notre chambre

The confort of the bed

Pool was close the ice machine does not work in my floor.

The staff was ok I feel like they could have help more but because it was a holiday weekend I understood, this place was over all clean and it was kid friendly.

I didnt like that the room they put me in wasn't really and it look like someone just left and I didn't get the until 8pm and also it was two audit and 6 kids with I ask for the two rooms to be together which I ask before I got there and it wasn't infact they was try to put one of us on another floor base on no rooms available. No staff at the pool area to ask questions or anything . I made the best out of my stay but I didn't enjoy my stay here.

The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved it. Everyone was super professional and friendly.

elevators not working properly The first room wo checked into had a malfunctioning smoke alarm a broken lamp and a light switch that did not work. The second room had a TV that did not work. and they had to send someone to repair it. The hotel is very dated and dirty with a odor

I didn’t really like the property

So I came into the property kinda looks creepy. It gives Harbor film. My room was not up to part the wallpaper was peeling. It was damaged into the walls and just gave dirty. I think they should renovate I was not comfortable at all. I’m glad I only stayed for one night. I do not recommend. also, the Jacuzzi wasn’t so clean and the railings are missing bolts.

Was convenient to the location we needed.

The first room we stayed in didn’t have heat , the beds were old and uncomfortable. They moved us the next day to a smaller room , the beds were comfortable in this room. But it was a lot smaller and we could hear the elevator running all night. The bathroom in the small room was right next to the beds , also no light over the shower . They charge 26.66 to park your car on top of the charge for the hotel stay. We bought stuff in the gift shop and asked us if we wanted to buy a bag ! WHAT ? Then to do a late check out it was another $15 an hour .

Friendly staff and basically abandoned on terms of seeing people.

Outdated. Broken lights not fixed, or literally half shattered. Half way down the hallway, you'll see the floor trim gone. The one elevator gives you a Tower of Terror experience-- It goes down quick and makes some questionable loud noises. The toilet (by the handle) was leaked after flushing. The shower drain was taking a long time to drain. (The shower itself is clean). The 14 cent plastic outlet covers were broken. Half the numbers on the hotel phone were missing.

King suite isn’t bad. Very spacious

They charged us plenty of service fees and amenity fees but never told us about the amenities and have no microwave not even in lobby. The room was freezing and they wouldn’t accommodate with the temperature

Decor and that was it.

Just about everything. Room needed to be changed. Both rooms thermostats were broken, as was the toilet in the first room. No towels at the pool. Employees had a don’t bother me attitude. No one brought towels. No extra blankets. Poor communication. Keys needed to be reactivated 3x and travel up and down the elevator was a nightmare. Very poor accommodations for the price. Will not recommend or stay there again. We were very disappointed.☹️

Room was decent size, old furnishing. The bed was spring mattresses. It was clean, but age is visible.

all of the staff was pleasant the entire stay, all of them!!!

no microwave, no fridge. Had I known that I wouldn’t have stayed.

It was close to the casino

The pool was closed. The phone did not work. The front desk takes very long to answer the phone if they actually do.

It had things to do with friends and family

Some of the staff was rude it took 2 days for someone to come and clean our room we kept calling the front desk and they told me they would send someone and haven’t. Parking is very expensive they didn’t have NO microwave

The room and the air and shower were good. Bed was good and tons of pillows.

location and the huge space to the beach, I thought it was beachfront (which technically it was) but far away. Hotel is old and they try but the carpets STINK. Badly! very few staff Guests fighting/arguing Elevators slow and waits

Pros: It is walking distance to the boardwalk.

Cons: VERY rude staff at the front desk, condescending and woth attitude, apparently, if you are checking in on weekends, there is only one person to check you in. We waited in the line for about 40 minutes. The hotel saw better days... It is old, it has history, but today, it is a bit outdated with no attractions or casinos like other hotels nearby. Some construction updates were done with poor finishes ( for example, in our room, the toilet was pointing to a wall, so we had to accommodate ourselves "side ways" to use it)

loved the view (we had Oceanside) loved how close to the boards/beach it was Bed was very comfortable, I loved the pillows the gym was good. Pool looked nice although we didn’t go in lol. And when it rained, the arcade came in handy 👍
