Staff was very pleasant. Was there due to airline issue. Felicia was fantastic with helping me store my bag and gave me ideas on what to do in the area for the day! Loved the ability to log into Netflix!

The bathroom was unfortunately not very clean. In terms of the shower, there was hair all over the tub. It was also on the wall and the ceiling! I also discovered what looked like a reddish brown hand print on the white wall. Does not show as well in pictures like it did in person. Did not have time to switch rooms, so dealt with it and went to bed for a 2am wake up. Sadly the windows are very thin for the amount of traffic, sirens and even just people outside.

Spent 4 nights. Didn’t have enough towels after the first night. Made 3 difference attempts over 8 hours and the only response we got is “we are short staffed”. Follow day the same issue. On our last full day I called the front desk at 6:30 am and said we were going out for the day. I asked if we could get the room freshened up… garbage Changed. When we returned later that evening we had 3 towels, no face cloths or hand towels, garbage not changed and the room untouched. Very disappointing… short staffed but they don’t mind charging you full price

We were assigned to the room very close to the external air conditioning devices, what means it was quite noisy. I think the hotel wasn't full, and this should be the last room to be assigned to customers. No option to open the window for ventilation.

Breakfast was better than we expected. It was even "Wrestlemania" weekend and the city was very crowded.

Parking was more expensive than other center city hotels....i.e. Doubletree.

Room was decent. Very modest, but roomy.

The hotel cancelled my initial reservation, which was made 4 months in advance, and then to rebook charged an additional $400.00

The breakfast was excellent. However, I was told at check-in that breakfast was included. I had paid extra for it when I reserved online. The bed was comfortable.

1. Front desk service was sketchy. Long wait…one clerk way too chatty about everything with every guest while a long line of people waiting to check in or out or ask a question. 2. I found used packets of toiletries on the side of the tub. It did not inspire a certainty of the tub’s cleanliness. I was assured by clerk at check-out that she would follow up and contact me. It did not happen.

I had two bookings, one that i cancelled which clearly says cancellation is free and received a confirmation email for the cancellation and the second booking was for my 2 nights stay. When i checked in I was told by the staff that I will be charged for the cancellation because it wasnt cancelled on their end. I was trying to explain and was showing the email of my cancellation but staff wasnt even interested in looking or checking, he just said i will still be charged. Because we were too tired from the long drive, i didnt want to argue that time and just decided to speak to a manager or supervisor when i check out. Good thing when i checked out, the staff that time was nice and checked my booking and said I was not charged. I didnt have any other issues with our stay except for that staff who doesnt deserve to be on the front desk. Front desk staff should be accommodating to guests because they are the ones who welcome guests during their stay.

Conveniently located

Mostly unfriendly lobby staff, indifferent to guests. We had to ask for housekeeping, but they forgot; or said that we were not on the list. We asked to be on the list, but they would forget. The five nights stay had only one day of cleaning. Surprisingly, they organized a housekeeping parade during the breakfast, it was pathetic, they did not deserve compliments. One day, the lobby staff said that they would remove the water to avoid guests from getting free water to pay for the bottled ones. Coffee was predominantly cold.

The location was very convenient for my purposes, since I had a conference at the convention center right across the street. The conference organizers recommended this hotel, which was why I chose it.

The breakfast was not good. It was primarily ultra-processed foods that were high in sugar. The only really edible thing was the fruit (although the bananas were too ripe). The staff was nice but noisy and unprofessional. The price was so high that I was expecting a much nicer experience.

The only good thing about the hotel was the room

The staff had so much attitude and were absolutely insensitive. We went to the pub in the hotel for dinner and waited almost an hour and a half for three meals that were cold and not cooked. Only two out of three elevators were working so many guests were frustrated. And the second day, the food order never came in so there was no hot food and the hotel ran out. The front desk and pub staff were rude and didn’t direct us to a manager when the housekeeping manager was on site all weekend (found out upon checkout when we tried one last time to speak with a manager).

Un ascensor no funcionaba y había que hacer cola para usar los otros dos. No había posibilidad de usar escaleras.

We loved the location of the hotel. We drove to get there, but while we were getting around the city, we were able to walk or use transit which was no big deal for us because we live in NYC and do it all the time. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great. It was nice and hot with a spa like shower head and no drain clogging which has been experienced in some hotels. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I loved the breakfast staff. They were very sweet.

There was some hair on the towels and the floor of the bathroom, like a couple of strands only, but still there. I didn't like that there was no parking lot for the guests of the hotel. They had valet service that was $47 and change per night. Too expensive in my opinion, but we found a parking garage like 2 blocks down (about 7 min walk from the hotel) that only charged $12 a night on weekends. A much better price and safe location.

Great location and good value, good breakfast included in the price. Reading Terminal market is only a few minutes walk away where you can find a vast array of food outlets.
