Lovely hotel, nice terrace with place with fire at night, Staff was extremely lovely, especially the lady from Hong Kong at the reception (sorry I forgot her name). Location is excellent - 5 minutes walking from times square, 5 minutes from Rockefeller square, 10 minutes from the times square and 15 minutes from the Summit view. I got a room at 27th floor, and although the view wasn't that special it was still nice.

Rooms are small (as expected in NY), but what we did not expect is too short bed! Bed length was maybe 1.6 meters and I had to sleep with my legs outside the bed )-: Not sure if the hotel has gym but it doesn't have other facilities as pool or any play area for kids. The lines at the lobby bar were extremely long all time. Need to take 2 elevators to reach to the lobby.

Amazing location right next to Times Square. I was on the 24th Floor and thankfully no guests near me were noisy so had amazing sleeps. Facilities are good and I appreciate the staff making me welcome and assisted with early check-in and late check-out. Shout out to Alvin !

No bottled water provided in rooms. Might've been missed but not a major issue for me.

Coffee and bottled water need to call and ask. Would be better if they just put in room. Parking cost is not mentioned clearly, we got to know it is only discounted from usd50 to usd30. Would be better if this is mentioned

Tolle Ausgangslage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten in New York, hervorragendes Zimmer, schallisolierte Zimmer mit einem sensationellen Blick auf den Times Square, nettes zuvorkommendes Personal.

Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch, für das Gebotene recht teuer und wenig europäisch. Wir haben vor Ort entscheiden können, ob wir im Hotel frühstücken möchten. In der Umgebung gibt es ausreichend Alternativen.

A minha primeira grande surpresa é que chegando a NYC pelo transporte público, quando você pega a linha E do metrô na estação Jamaica logo ao descer da estação do aeroporto, ao escolher descer na estação 53st-7av você já sai da estação vendo a placa do hotel. É só atravessar a rua que a gente já está no hotel. É a forma mais rápida e barata de chegar na ilha. Segundo ponto positivo é que o hotel fica a menos de 100m de outra linha de metrô(linha 1) que com ela você consegue acessar praticamente toda a ilha, e na rua 49 você tem acesso a mais algumas linhas do metrô tornando a mobilidade na ilha muito prática a qualquer hora do dia ou da noite. Fica próximo ainda da Times Square e da entrada da rotatória de colombo do Central Park. Os teatros onde são exibidos os shows da Broadway estão também na região do hotel. No quarteirão do hotel tem muitas opções de restaurantes legais e uma Bakery Angelina bem em frente ao hotel(que acho mais econômico que o café da manhã do hotel, mas como pouco pela manhã)... Apesar da localização numa região movimentada de Manhattan o hotel tem um ótimo isolamento acústico, com você não ouvindo ruídos nem dos corredores e nem das ruas de dentro do quarto. A limpeza e conservação do quarto também é muito bem feita. Um diferencial que observamos na hora da reserva foi o espaço dos quartos, e dentro dos padrões de NYC o quarto é bem espaçoso, tem um guarda-roupas, um espaço pra mala com banquinho, uma pequena estante, uma bancada de trabalho com cadeira, algum espaço, um sofá e a cama grande com dois moveis auxiliares, sobrando espaço para circulação. O quarto tem também muitas tomadas nas paredes, mas nos padrões americanos, portanto, não esquecer o adaptador. Na esquina do hotel tem um supermercado que vende adaptadores, então esquecer não é tão grave. Banheiro também é amplo(novamente para os padrões de NYC) e bastante confortável. Na nossa reserva a gente tinha direito a 10 doláres de consumo no bar do hotel todas as diárias.

Acabou o espaço no positivo e vou continuar aqui. O espaço de bar e restaurante é bem harmonioso e o rooftop do hotel é bastante frequentado por não hóspedes, o que não é inconveniente já que o acesso aos quartos é limitado a quem tem cartão nos elevadores. Os elevadores são 2 para o acesso da rua a recepção do hotel e 4 do lobby para os quartos. Todos amplos, operativos e não enfrentei demora por elevador em nenhum horário do dia. Equipe do hotel bastante solicita e disponível, especialmente o pessoal da recepção e do hall de entrada. A experiência foi positiva de uma forma geral e acredito que eu tenha feito uma boa escolha de hotel.

Lage am Times Square; entgeltliches Upgrade mit Ball Drop View; trotz Zentrum Anfahrtmöglichkeit zum Entladen vor der Türe; Fähiges Personal im Eingang (w/Hinweisen zum parken und Parkhaus, direkt über die Kreuzung); guter Empfang; sichere Trennung zu den Fahrstühlen zu den Zimmern.

Die Bar bzw. Bedienung außen auf der Rooftop-Bar, wenig wurde zeitnah weggeräumt von den vorherigen Gästen, wenig gewischt und die Getränke- und Snackpreise sind völlig überzogen für zB ! Disenbier ! Statt Flachen- oder Glasbedienung; Ansonsten ist es toll - auch der Blick von dort

The location was fine. There was a vibe. Terrace was popular particularly at night. Rooms were standard.

Hotel was tired regards decor, painting etc. struggled to see how it was a 4* hotel given its rooms, amenities etc. Lift was a nightmare scenario: always had to wait to get up to lobby. Expect more from a 4* charging upwards of €400 a night!

Das Hotel ist natürlich sehr gut gelegen. Ein Katzensprung an den Times Square. Coole Lobby mit Aussenbereich als Rooftop-Bar. Zimmer für New Yorker Verhältnisse gross.

Die Lobby befindet sich nicht auf Street-Level, das Personal scheint eher die Aufgabe zu haben den Eingang und den Lift zu bewachen anstelle bspw. einen Gepäckwagen zur Verfügung zu stellen.
