Location

The room was a bit dirty especially the bathroom. Specifically the hairdryer was dirty, sticky and covered in dust.

Really loved this Hotel, it was well kept, the staff was really nice and the location was perfect.

Nothing, everything was great

The size of the shower and bathtub were underwhelming. They were quite small and could only fit one person comfortably.

Está súper bien ubicado, a un par de cuadras de la avenida Michigan y todas las tiendas, tiene un metro cerca a 2 cuadras que te lleva a donde sea. El hotel es bonito, no muy grande pero bien. El staff es agradable aunque no muy servicial. Nuestra habitación estaba amplia pero porque era una junior suite. El gym está súper bien equipado considerando que es gym de hotel, sus equipos son nuevos.

El personal de limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, le echo 0 ganitas y si nosotros no poníamos una etiqueta en la basura literal ella no la tiraba, igual si un vaso se quedaba ahí, no lo lavaba ni se lo llevaba. El agua en el hotel es complementaria y nunca nos dejaba, en 3 ocasiones tuvimos que pedirle a alguien del lobby si nos podía ayudar y tampoco dejaba más cápsulas de café, ni azúcar como si a ella le costaran. El menú del room service es muuuuy limitado, yo que soy vegetariana tiene muy pocas opciones y terminaba comiendo del menú infantil.

We loved the room itself. It was very well appointed. Interesting textures on the walls, floors and furnishings. There wasn’t a space in the place that wasn’t well thought out. Closet had shelves for clothing and luggage and an interior light. Everything felt modern yet warm. Nice lighting - sconces on either side of the bed with a separated directional bulb and switch for reading. Kept the nightstands free for other things. No problem plugging anything in at the bedside or at the desk. Beautiful chaise lounge. Plenty of space in the bathroom, no individual toiletries which we prefer.

We had an issue with hot water. Thought it was going to be fixed but wasn’t. Did move rooms after the second morning. We had breakfast the first morning after our arrival and the wait person dropped off our check and said no hurry. Was getting very irritated and put off after the fourth or so check to see if we had signed off on the bill. Wasn’t sure if he thought we were going to walk out without paying or if he thought we were taking too long. Either way, it seemed uncalled for to us.

Unser Zimmer war in einer der unteren Etagen. Der Blick war nicht sehr schön. Wir guckten auf ein großes Dach und drumherum Fensterfronten.
