Location, room size, cleanliness, free drink voucher! Price made sense for the experience :)

The room was nice and the view waa excellent. Beds are comfortable and rooms have all the standard amenities with the exception of Wi-fi, which is only available for an extra chatge.

Service was dismal. I got the run-around from employees repeatedly because they apparentlyboverbooked and rooms were not ready or available by check-in. I was offered a 25$ credit for food in the restaurant because their "guaranteed" check-in was not met and was told the "guarantee" is just a thing they say- they don't really mean it (which defeats the whole purpose of having a guarantee in the first place). Then when I went to use the $25 restaurant credit, my room was charged for my meal anyway- which I found out as a surprise the next morning.

Difficult to contact to make changes to the booking Shower wasn’t great Big event was being hosted which slowed down the lifts unbelievably.

Outstanding service. Great room amenities. Covenient. Excellent location.

First time we’ve ever encountered paid wifi. It didn’t work. Had to call 888 number. They had to install it manually for each device, which would be a separate call for each one. So we had him connect one iPad and left it at that. No bar handles in tub. This is extremely dangerous. Room telephone to call front desk did not work.
