The office guy was so helpful and was on top of everything, not to mention the cleaning lady’s were so nice and always in a wonderful mood.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! The beds are nice and comfy, good sized rooms and the aircon works well as it’s been quite hot! And great location to the beach and many facilities

This was EXACTLY as advertised. Clean, prime location, quiet (though there are renovations nearby through no fault of the owner's). We get a stunning view of the mountains. The beach, cafés, stores - all within reasonable walking distance. Would go back without a moment's hesitation! Would recommend it to my closest family and friends.

Internet could've been better... however, it forced us to stay off it :)

Old hotel. But excellent location and value.

For the money. You can’t beat this place. If you’re not choosy for luxury, this is a great place.

Honolulu is exorbitantly expensive... and therefore of course the hotel.... and I say that as a Swiss... 😏

This is a great place for a Hawaii/Waikiki family vacation that won't break the bank. It felt like home and the kids looked forward to crashing here after a long day sightseeing or at the beach. We were treated very graciously by the staff whenever we made a request. Having a kitchen in each room meant we could prepare simple meals for the varied interests of our kids. Parking was perfectly adequate. It was really nice to be so close (short walking distance) to all the shopping and eating venues in Waikiki.

Some of the kids mentioned that the beds were too hard. I found my bed to be comfortable and I slept well. It's on a busy roadway so there is some occasional city noise, but we packed sound machines to that sleeping through the noise was easier.

The apartment was great, very clean. The location is perfect for getting to the key places in Downtown Honolulu. Fantastic location, 4 minutes walk to the International Market Place and 10 minutes walk to Waikiki beach. Patrick were friendly and happy to help. Key fob access, complete kitchen, newly remodeled bathroom, underground parking at reasonable rates.
