Air conditioner doesn’t get cold until middle of the night

We requested a late check in for our entry, I arrived by 3a.m with my wife and the lady in the front desk seems to be playing with papers in front of the computer. She made us wait about 40 minutes for a check-in. Unbelievable.

The restaurant was not open for dinner

My room had a window that faced an interior atrium.

I liked the convenience of location and the views. I thought it was a great experience seeing the glass atrium and the offices across the hall.

The hotel shows its age, and the parking garage feels dim and unpleasant. It's quite inconvenient for guests with luggage, as you need to use different elevators for the car park and the rooms. Surprisingly, I wasn't aware of the front drop-off and valet services. The hotel is definitely in need of modernization. What's more, the housekeeping staff starts cleaning around 8 am, which is way too early and their noise travels down the hall.

The location, facility, parking were great. The staff we encountered were very courteous helpful.

our server in the restaurant at breakfast was beyond amazing. I think her name began with a B. I wish all servers were like her. the front desk personnel were very nice.

our only complaint was there was no usb ports for our cell phones we wish there was a mini bar.
