There was a pare of used underwear in the shower from the previous guest after we checked in. My 10yr old daughter found them as she was about to shower

Pool was tiny, gym was really warm and half of the machines don’t work. Hardly any electric outlets in the room. Common areas were very very warm. Our room smelled like smoke despite being a non smoking room. Restaurant/bar hours were crappy

outdated, musty smelling, smoke in hallway, bed a bit lumpy Very nice staff Breakfast cooffee HORRIBLE. Tasted like instant Nescafe. That was a big turn off and could be easily improved.

it was freezing in the room and I did not have any access to a thermostat to change the temperature. The TV was also so dark that I could not watch it on any channel.

for the entire time I had to go up three floors to bathe everyday why they put me on the third floor where I had no hot water due to maintenance. no one told me this. when I went to bathe I could not get hot water so I had to shower in cold water. when I went to the front desk I was told that tge 3rd and fourth floor would have no hot water two days. they did offer a different room I declined since I had already unpacked that I am disabled and I am disabled and had to get ready for a funeral. to help the clerk gave me a room key for a room three floors up. so I would gather up my gear to bathe and carry clean clothes and products bathe get dressed go back to my room. my disappointment is based on given that it is difficult to walk a class hotel would have sent a person to help me pack and get my things so that tge person could bring my luggage to a new rooom since my handicap made it difficult to move and that I was told it would only be a cpl of days and had to endure the inconvenience for seven days. I survived it but why TGEY sold assign a room that would not have hot water is beyond me and not offer to assist me in repacking and help move my things. I have stayed at this hotel before and was impressed but after this I definitely will not stay there.

Great location, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. Staff was friendly and the lobby was pretty.

The elevators were down and we had to use the service elevator one day, but they were back up and running the next morning

The bathroom had a bad odor like cigarette or pot smoke- we could not tell. The facility just seemed tired looking and our bathroom seemed kinda run-down.

Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was good.

People checking you in were talking bad about customers and either let phones ring or put them on hold and never get back to them. Pool was murky and a ton of gunk floating around. One of the treadmills was broken. Tub was slippery and the grab bar came right out when used. A towel had dried buggers on it.

Bath fan not working not enough pillows or blankets paint fumes on our floor we requested a quite room away from the elevator and trafic what we got was a room very close to the elevator at a major intersection fortunately the hotel was mostly unoccupied

Just the fact, that the event I attended was on location. The hotel is dingy, old, things just fall apart wherever you look.

Avoid this place. I changed my booking from 2 days to 1 AHEAD of time allowed and they refuse to give a refund for the night I WASN'T there!!!! This is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard from a hotel.

The structure is very dated, staff at the welcoming reception. Bad stay, swimming pool open only on Saturdays, poor breakfast. Horror dirty room

If price quoted was charged, not $20 more/night!~ A Hot Tub would be a nice addition Ice machine was broken on our floor, but they attempted to fix it. Went downstairs for ice

The hot buffet breakfast was really good. Along with the choices of hot breakfast foods, they also provided cereal, fresh fruit, toast, coffee, tea, and juices

The hotel was clean... But a bit tired looking. We noticed a few areas in hallways and in our room where repairs were needed. Besides repairs, the building could do with a refresh or upgrade
