Location was great

I didn't like the fact that The room were not cleaned after I asked for it to be cleaned.No fresh towels had to ask the front also we were only given towels and there was no shampoo from the beginning and I was given individual Bottles because nobody had a key 2 open up the dispenser

Was told would be next to our family that booked 3 night stay when checked in said note it's not available but was blaming another team member when it was the same lady that checked us in

Unclean elevator floors Not enough storage space for unpacking clothes

The only issue we had was on the return. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle, seeing the Hilton shuttle pass by several times within that window

this is an exceptionally fine place. the criteria for excellence is there. selected a spacious room with a sofa area, wonderful lighting in reading and bathroom, the bed was perfect, heating on an extremely freezing day was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful. the receptionist people were very helpful. the swimming pool was good. Close to 495 and local restaurants. The price was great too. After staying in more than eight hotels in the area this was by far the best.

Bed foundation made a lot of noise when you moved. Function happening at the time- lots of kids slamming doors ( not the fault of the inn).

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The large parties of hockey kids running around at 11pm, pulling fire alarms was insane. I wish I'd read Google reviews before booking here to see that this is apparently a popular hockey game booking for families. The fire alarm going off at 10:45 at night I can only imagine came from these kids running throughout the hotel unsupervised. The hotel seems to need a deep cleaning as well.

the facilities are clean. the breakfast choices was exceptional.

Renovated hotel for a good price

Kind of far from Boston (1-hour highway drive)

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had different options.
