The manager is no nice ..she don’t do good customer service .. RJ is the he best customer service person

Liz stallions was amazing. So helpful and accommodating. We liked the lounges and the complimentary fruit .
The AC in the third floor lounge was broken and wasn’t fixed the whole time we were there (6 days) despite reporting it several times.
Also, the shower fixtures in the rooms are outdated. The handles was loose and would turn to hot on its own.

Great budget hotel: the room was clean and the shower pressure was good. Also free parking (which is uncommon in SJ apparently)
The location requires making a u-turn to reach. Also the floor board was thin so I could hear people walking above us all night.

Very conveniently located at El Camino and close to highways to quickly drive out. Has a nice selection of restaurants/cafes nearby. Grocery store is also close. Plenty of parking space and good breakfast. Nothing special.
They were undergoing renovation and lobby area was clogged by construction material when we were staying there. Fitness gym and lounge area were also closed.

Poor first impression. Security guard was sitting outside with feet up and shoes off. Construction in front lobby was unappealing.

The location was convenient to moffet field. And the beds were comfortable.
The photos don't represent the state this hotel is in, outdated, wornout paint and carpets. The lobby was in the middle of construction so hope there is plans to remodel the rest. Breakfast was mediocre- some bagels and fruit or cereal.
