Rooms need some maintenance

It was really old and the room was not clean. Felt k was staying at an abandoned building

The nicest thing I can say is that the beds were clean.

The list is so long: the rooms I reserved were very shabby and dusty. The calking in both shower stalls was peeling off in many places. The walls were dusty. The door in my room had about an inch gap at the bottom (I used a towel to cover it up), and there were many bugs around the windows and the door. No bed bugs, thank goodness, but a few of the other bugs jumped on me at night.

Bugs in the room didn’t have the air running before we got there. So the room was so hot so it hardly cooled down. And the office room was like over a 100 degrees when I entered to leave the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Honestly we booked the room around 945 or 10pm we didn't even stay In the room for five minutes. The room didn't smell so good. It was extremely hot and the AC barely worked. One of the kids saw something crawling along the wall going under the bed and it was a sewer roach..I proceeded to move the beds and there were about 3 or 4 dead roaches under each bed. The bedding was all stained up and I noticed all this in that short of time. I asked for a refund around 1030pm and they said I need to you GET ahold of booking.You can't just say no refunds that not right..I know they give refunds because the people next too our room were going through the same thing and refunded their money.. I had to book a separate room at motel 6 through the app. I feel we deserve a refund because the place was really bad and you can't just say no refunds and that's it. Incase out double the money . My family and I have just gotten home from our family vay k and that's the way it ended . I just took the one picture should have take. Alot more .. please refund my money

Nothing. They told me I had no reservations, took my money and then proceeded to quote us a price double of what we had already paid with our reservation. Completely disappointed with the hotel. And booking.com as I never received a refund after multiple times of sending our records. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM.

Customer service sucked.
