Clean & great location . Bed was very comfortable.

No hair dryer, toilet broke( would not flush), no bag for dry cleaning/ laundry,

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool.

Needs some updates. Charging for parking and bottled water in the room.

The hotel was nice. The pool was great.

The air conditioning was broke. It was very hot that day and without airflow in the room it was extremely uncomfortable. Staff was told but nothing was done to accommodate us.

The hotel location and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. The valet was exceptional and very easy to use. The check-in experience was quick and easy. I have absolutely no complaints!

Came to KC for a few days with my spouse and 2 year old. We really enjoyed the big pool (outdoor and indoor) and even had it to ourselves one day. Breakfast buffet had lots of options that we all enjoyed - a variety of hot and cold/sweet and savory. Staff was friendly and attentive when we needed more towels or needed to empty our trash. Parking is in their own parking garage attached to the hotel. Bed was comfortable and room felt spacious (king studio suite). The location is close to the Crown Center and lots of walkable shopping (mostly clothing stores) nearby.

We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom king suite (with a separate room) but when we arrived, we were told this room type was sold out. This was a bummer as we very specifically planned this room type because of our two year old. They were professional about it and comped our parking, but it was kind of a let down because we wanted the extra space.

The rooms could have been a little bigger and spacious. Felt a little crunch. But, the rooms were clean.

The pictures online showed that there are doors that divide the 2 rooms. The actual room has no door, only a TV separates the 2 rooms. My teenage son had the pull out couch and me and my husband had the bed. We made it work but limited us quite a bit. The valet at night should wear a uniform

The room and most of the staff was excellent

The only issue I we had was with the hotel bar restaurant seater who acted like my fiancee and I want good enough to be there. He did not treat us as he did any body else very rude short and his demeanor towards us was uncalled for however the man working the bar made up for it and was very pleasant

Looooved my room! It was big and gorgeous. I also really enjoyed the hotel bar — great bartender — and pool. Hotel is near lots of good food, including amazing BBQ!

staff were friendly and helpful. Location is close to restaurants and shopping. Easy to get to stadiums and World of Fun.

Toilet overflowed, need I say more? breakfast was so so.

The new shower was HORRIBLE! Slow, weak water flow!! Get that fixed and I’ll be back!

Room was relentlessly cold despite all my efforts in fiddling with the thermostat; in-room breakfast was over an hour late; was noisy construction going on just below before 9 am; sink cold water tap was sometimes very hot (!?). . . Stayed there for some serious peace and quiet, got neither.

The room was in a wonderful location We could not hear the street. Dumpsters tainted the view from the window as the renovation was underway. But a nice view of the hilltop apartments.

There was very little space in the front of the hotel entrance was very tight. It was hard to get by if there were more than two or three cars. While having a small space encourages you to use the valet, it was difficult to pick up guests waiting at the door because it was not enough space to just drive through.

Cleanliness, room was quiet and relaxing, front desk staff friendly, like option of pools-indoor and outdoor, pet friendly is a BIG plus, bed duvets and pillows were nice

Nowhere to walk my dog, No menu available for restaurant or room service, garage area a bit unsightly, the mattress was a but uncomfortable maybe needs replaced( but bed linens were nice) no exhaust fan in bathroom
