My room was an actual suite, with a living room (with a fridge and coffemaker) and bathroom separated by a door from a spacious bedroom. The suite was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Wifi connection was nice and fast. The inn is very close to the main attractions of Tofino but still in a quiet and wooded spot. The beds was very comfortable. This may be common in Tofino and surrounding area, but I was impressed by the beautiful old growth wood lining the shower walls. Clearly it was harvested long ago, not recently.

The window in the bedroom does not open. I got around this by opening the living-room window and keeping the bedroom door open. The noise from a person walking above my suite was clearly heard. This did not bother me since it was very quiet at night.

Rooms were freshly painted and newly renovated. Bed was comfortable with crisp linens. I loved that they provided a water kettle for us tea drinkers. Parking was easy. Location situated between downtown and beaches. Great view from the deck. The manager offered for us to use the BBQ.

The location was amazing. The living room and bedroom were nice and it had 2 bathrooms.

The lack of views (didn't expect any but this would have been nice). Would have been nice to be closer walking distance to more things.

The beds were very comfortable, so was the futon in the living/front room. There are good facilities to cook or reheat food, which is great as Tofino's restaurants can be very expensive. A good family choice.

The motel is on the outskirts of Tofino centre and the surroundings include trailers, broken down cars and discarded furniture. At night, there was a lot of noise from a nearby generator (not from the motel). I expected better for the price.

The room was big and super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Also it was nice that the place had Optik TV so I could channel surf while trying to fall asleep! Biking distance to Tacofino was a bonus!

The place look like a junk yard. It is not only Because there is some construction, but old scrap cars, garbage and so on, looks like it is been neglected. Going back in the room at night half of the outdoor lights were burned so it was really hard to see. The inside was dusty, no lamp in the room, the room window was so dirty I could barely see trough it. Really but really not a place I would recommend for the price I paid. Some friends stayed at another hotel for almost the same price and It was day and night compare to where I was staying.

It is a rustic motel with all of the modern conveniences, even a fan in each of the sitting area and bedroom. I liked that there weren't frivolous extras like pens or a bunch of brochures. They are pet friendly and people friendly! There was a nice grassy area to take the dogs out and it was in front of a spectacular view.

Other than an industrial-sized, bear-resistant garbage bin, I didn't see an outside garbage to dispose of dog bags, but I could have missed it.

Quaint property, still being fixed up and renovated but comfortable, spacious and clean room. Sort of a beachy west coast vibe.

Behind the motel there are small properties locals reside in. A bit of an eye sore but they were friendly. Also the restaurant next door is a complete dive, was recommended not to eat there.

I loved this place. So cozy and artistic, the staff was very nice too. highly recommend!

shortly after reserving, the property owner sent a helpful message regarding roadwork to Tofino. they didn't have to do that, but it was a helpful tip and made a good first impression. we unexpectedly checked in late, after the office had already closed. the owner sent me a text, letting me know she'd left our room unlocked for us. again, kind, considerate and helpful. a humble motel, nicely upgraded. comfortable beds, clean, good coffee supply for the morning. cute porches in front of the ground floor rooms. amazing views and genuinely pet friendly. owner was very nice and lives on the premises so it has a homey feel. expensive, but, hey it's 2022 in Tofino.
