Breakfast

Felt like an apartment

Breakfast had an amazing spread. The rooms were comfortable and we all had amazing sleep.

No kettle in our room to make tea and the bathrooms fixtures were a little loose (ie shower/tub faucet may a little loose, just watch out it may need to be tightened or replaced. Don’t want a leak to cause water damage). but everything else was amazing. Very family oriented

The room was spacious and comfortable. Our stay was very affordable and conveniently located to everything.

When we went for breakfast there was very little options left. There was no bread, breakfast sandwiches, potatoes, milk, or fruit. The only thing left were scrambled eggs, 3 pieces of ham, and waffle mix. The problem with the waffles were there is only one waffle maker and each waffle 2.5 minutes. There was one person at the front making waffles for his 4 siblings. There were also 2 other people behind him. Needless to say I had to get my breakfast elsewhere.

Room was clean and comfortable. We had only a short one night stay, but we were very comfortable. There were four of us and the two story loft was perfect.

Parking was a bit of an issue. Facility was full and there were few spots.

the shower tub was clogged. on the next day we info the receptionist and they promise to send maintenance to fix it. but when we back at the night is was still clogging. its really un convenience you shower with your legs in ‘dirty pool’ especially during your period time. we short our stay and checked out the next day.

Facility needs more maintenance (e.g. Loose stairs, door of the room did not close completely,...) Only two chairs for a family of three in the kitchen

We had penthouse so there were stairs A bit dated decor Central enough but you needed a car to get to main Bellevue hub

I tried to respond to an email to pre-register but I couldn’t get past the first screen because it said they didn’t have a registration under my name. Also there was no linen or blankets for the hideaway. We tried for hours to call the front desk and guest services but no one answered the phones. The kitchen had decent appliances but only 1 frying pan to cook with.

Kitchen, bed, quietness.

The air conditioner, noisy, had to turn it off when slepping.

conveniently located for our needs. property is a little ‘tired’… even tho info said pool was open mid May it wasn’t open…

The front desk agent tried her best to make the situation better.

The room was horrible that I checked into and there was a bag of trash outside the room when I checked in and the room smelled of marijuana. The property is outdated and looks nothing like the photos.

Location

Surprise need to pay for parking, outdated facilities, pull out sofa was so terrible that it was unsleepable, they added a pet fee proactively without letting us know.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall a very good place.

In room facilities were a bit limited, mainly in the kitchen. Pillows were too soft, but that's probably a matter of preference.
