it was clean

there was no fan in the bathroom and there was valet only parking which was not disclosed. I heard the attendant got rid my truck up to the building, and I was not warmed up prior to driving as it’s a diesel. I was not impressed with the staff at all.

Staff in the restaurant / bar was a lovely young lady that worked the last shift and served us our wine and first shift the next day to serve breakfast.

Hotel is using a scented detergent or dryer sheets. Could not get away from that fragrance and had a terrible night. Also, being greeted by a girl in a mask is not very welcoming. Does she think we are sick? If she is sick she should not be there. Not a great start and could not hear her behind the mask. Moved on to the nice man with the huge smile. The strawberries were "off" at breakfast.

Nickel and dime for everything. $35 parking while lot is mostly vacant. Other hotels chsrge $14-$15. They even charge for wifi. It's disgusting to advertise lower price just to make it back in hidden costs like this. Bed was spring, not memory foam. No handheld shower head, no slippers. Super thin toilet paper. Phone won't connect to front desk. Asked for towel, never got it.

It took so much effort to get a copy of receipts. Had to send multiple messages, email, calls, still 2 of 6 receipts are not received yet… so frustrated

it’s right in the middle of the shopping district, I could go to several places to eat within 5 min walking. dead quiet at night, and the towels are soft

valet only, although I did appreciate the valet staff being fast and courteous. would be nice for some self park when I needed to come and go several times
