The staff was friendly

It would have been nice if there was a little leeway on the breakfast time. I got down there at 9:35 after getting in very late & they were throwing away the eggs. Also the whole cashless system was a shock but okay. I’ve never had a property refuse to accept cash.

Checking in was terrible, there were two front deck person and with only 2 people were before me and have waited 30 minutes to be checked in. Next day when came back door card didn't work and to check the card have waited 45 minutes! Two people were checking in and same long waiting time, front desk lady no idea what she was doing. During next days I haven't seen her around

Soda machine didn’t work

Suitable for one night, check in and out without any problem. No chance to use the kitchen ( no equipment), but we got the standard breakferst in the morning.

Corresponding to two stars level. The carpet could be cleaner a little bit.

Room was ok

Front desk was quite rude. She seemed annoyed by us arriving late although it was a 24h check in. Our flight from Dallas to Vegas was delayed and our reservation was canceled. That cost us a lot more for the room and the front desk lady wasn’t friendly at all. Bad service, we’ll never go back there.

Very large, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very nice and helpful personel. They allowed us to leave the luggage for a few days for free! Despite very early check-out they gave us some snacks and coffe.

Airport transfer was only to 9.00 pm. Besides there was no contact with the object via booking. Despite writing some messages I got no answer.
