Breakfast was good !!

I wasn't there long enough but I didn't have nothing to complain about & it's was nothing that I seen or felt that seem wrong

Good location. Got yummy food delivered from wonderful Hawaiian restaurant. The staff were AMAZING! Breakfast and room were great.

Location very near to Las Vegas Speedway.

A couple of small issues with the room but these were quickly resolved by the front desk attendant when reported.

My stay at Best Western Plus North Las Vegas was great. I come twice a year and the experience is always nice.

There was some confusion about the time my room would be ready. I called at 9:42 am on July 27th and asked what was the best time to call back to check on early check-in. The time given was 12:30 PM; I called at the time given and was told to come on over; my room was ready. Upon arriving, I was greeted with, "It will be 30 minutes before the room will be ready." Finally, just before 3:00 PM, my room was ready. Things happen, and this incident will not prevent me from staying here in the future. I love this place.

Nice, friendly staff

Breakfast food was overcooked and sparse. The waffle maker didn't work well and the batter was too runny. The sausage patties were hard and the egg discs were cold. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes ran low without being replenished. The breakfast experience was very disappointing.
