There was a huge bug crawling around the sticky floor. Very gross. No one took care of it.

My room was dirty, the floor had other people's hair wadded up on it. The toilet had not been cleaned. There was mildew in the shower caulking. Hairs on the bed. YUCK

The water was not hot. Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink. Especially the Hot Water. Room floor was not clean. There was Fried Chicken crumbs on the floor from the previous tenant. Not enough Pillows in the room to support a King Size Bed and a Pull Out Couch.

Staff was very friendly and helped us get what we needed for the room during our stay.

Everything was great, no complaints.

on the first day the receptionist told me breakfast started at 9am today, which i thought was odd. We went at 9 and it was closed, another worker gave me oatmeal which was nice. Both days of my stay the fire alarm kept ringing at the same time around 7 am. 3 times 2 different workers just came in and opened the door without nocking once to check the fire alarm and the other 2 times were for housekeeping. Overall the hotel was nice and clean but breakfast and restrooms were missing items.

Didn’t eat

This was the second time staying here and the things I noticed was around the enter rim of the bathroom sink could be cleaned a little better. Also the first time we stayed I noticed the bathroom sink and you could tell they didn’t vacuum. This passed weekend the bathroom sink and the bathroom floor still had hair on the floor so you could tell they didn’t sweep and mop/ are didn’t do and good job.

When I asked the lady at the desk to add one more day, She was going to add a huge amount due the holiday, so we had to check out n drive next door to the comfort Inn to get a reasonable rate. We had alread spent 4 days there, just needed the 31st added to our stay. She she have given me the same rate.

The room was larger than most. Bathroom larger than most. Nice large shower. Bed Comfortable , Great location and breakfast buffet had lots of selection. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping checked every morning to see if we needed any services. They brought us extra pillows and towels.

They need to have at least 4 pillows on king size bed. Also should have extra blanket in room. Double bowl sink in bathroom would be nice. I didn't get my rate I was suppose to by booking on my mobile but since I paid thru booking.com the hotel had no control on correcting the total. Talked to booking. com they said couldn't take the 16% tax off but that is what secret deal and mobile price showed. Wasn't unhappy with hotel but dissappointed in booking.com. I will be paying at hotel in future.

The accommodations were perfect for the price. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very warm and personable…Nesha, Ursula, Karen and even the housekeepers. Excellent breakfast bar!
