lots of swimming pool and the infinity adult pool has great sunset view. Services are exceptional! All the staff are so welcoming during our stay. Special shout out to Spencer at the drive way and Sam at the pool.

water pressure in the room is a bit weak but may be for environment, which we have no complaints at all.

Concierge doesn't know to recommend and explain atractions which we need to visit. They offer us Hola dance, but there was not any dance, just talking with visitors and screaming rutuals.

We had our wedding ceremony just next to the hotel on Secret Beach and then had dinner at Noe and spent the night at the hotel. We were given a complimentary 1/2 bottle of champagne which was very thoughtful. The staff was efficient and very friendly. We loved our meal at Noe. The food and service were excellent. Overall a wonderful experience,

Breakfast was good - an excellent selection and great quality. However very expensive! The chia pudding was amazing! Sunsets and views incredible. Two on site restaurants - Mina and Noe were good. Gym was well stocked and appointed Pool service staff and cleaners were excellent Good size room and bathroom

Arrogant and rude service by some of the staff - particularly front desk and the lady running the adults only pool. Concierge team were totally useless - no help at all Limited facilities and access to a beach - you cant really experience the waves from there Limited restaurants on site - only two for dinner Restrictions for older teenagers to not access the adults only pool that has the best views etc was silly and staff were rude and happy to indulge the very drunk and foul mouthed guests that were in the pool but wouldn't let us sit quietly on one side
