I loved the decor and the room was spacious. Service desk was fast, friendly and quick. d

I wished the tub and bathroom were cleaner (a hair found near clean towels and on shower wall). Overall, all else was good. One more item to change was that they didn't let you grab your own plate, handed you one and scooped your food. Only a few selections for the hot food was available, but what I had was good.

This was my first time here and it was amazing! The room was super spacious and big. I love that it had a little sink by the coffee maker and refrigerator to rinse off like cups or baby bottles. The wifi was really good and the connection was strong. We were able to plug in our Xbox S to the tv to watch our shows or movies. There was no buffering. The breakfast was amazing! They have a person serving you, so all you need to do is make your coffee or toast your bread.

Location and proximity to mall and freeway

The rugs were visibly stained and dirty. Heavy chemical smell throughout hallways. Room was rather small for price. The restroom door could not be opened without hitting whoever is standing in front of sink. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap was watered down and almost empty. The rug in the room was dirty.

Super easy check in, the girl in the front desk was really nice. Room was really clean and the bed super comfortable, they made it super easy and accommodated us for a late check out. Over all nice stay, definitely would stay here again.

The staff at this property were very pleasant and extremely accommodating with our late arrival and gave us a late check-out. The location is great for the airport and the shuttle was convenient, running every half hour.
