I loved having breakfast in the morning at the A le' Cart Restaurant! The pancakes were amazing and the service was great!

Things were a little on the expensive side. BUT... Where there's quality and a unique experience, price is to be expected!

It will as easy to get wherever we wanted to go. The amenities were good but pricey for what you get, however that's to be expected from a hotel chain.

I didn't like that parking was a daily fee. I find it rather odd that you have to pay to park at a facility you are paying to stay at already…..

A good getaway from home.

Booked a king size bed with balcony. Came in the hotel to check in saying ok we got a two queen bed with pool view I stated that I booked a king size bed they go on to say oh we upgraded you to two queen beds. Had to get manager to get us the proper king size room back that I originally wanted . They really get you in not leaving hotel. And restaurants all he an arm and a leg for ok food

Maybe parking more accessible so you don’t have to valet.

We absolutely loved the staff and gave the rating that we did because of Jemie! She was a dream! Hospitality that you dont normally see outside of the Midwest region. All the staff were very friendly and had great customer service training. I was celebrating my birthday, and I felt like every single staff member wished me a Happy Birthday or tried to do something special for me. Super kind! The manager in duty at check-in comped the room a $25 credit for my birthday, and I felt like that was super special!

The facilities are showing wear and tear in the rooms and in some of the common areas, but their room price reflects new resort rates. We originally booked a 2 queen bed, renovated river Falls view with free room upgrade. There was no mention of any free upgrade. So, we paid to upgrade to stay in the Executive Suite (rm 22378). It was my birthday so why have a more luxury stay, right?! We found the tub needed to be refinished (looked like the porcelain was pealing off on the tub or someone dropped globs of paint and it became part of the finish), and tables had wear marks on the side where the finishes were chipped and missing, stained carpet (albeit it lightly stained, still could see red stain). We paid new resort money. We found the bed quite small compared to comp properties. No breakfast or parking included, so I felt like unnecessary spending occurred. What sold me on this property was the lazy river, and it didn't deliver. It was super short, packed, and more like just a couple of minutes spin on the side of the pool. People were swimming in between the tubes...I didn't feel relaxation 😕 I felt anxiety and disappointment.

Ich kann diesem Hotel nichts, aber auch absolut nichts positives abgewinnen. Vielleicht maximal die kurze Distanz zu Disney World oder den Universal Studios, aber das habe ich in anderen [besseren] Unterkünften auch.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist grauenhaft. Absolut NULL Service, für irre Preise (wir haben sogar noch auf die Suite upgegraded). Kein richtiger Zimmerservice, das Bad ist ein Bunker, das Personal ist absolut überfordert mit der Größe des Hotels. Hier eine Liste der Mängel (das mag sich jetzt lustig lesen, basiert aber auf unserer Erfahrung): - Roomservice macht nicht richtig sauber (nur Handtücher und Bett werden gewechselt) und das für über 500 USD pro Nacht! - ⁠Das Design der Dusche gleicht einem Atomschutzbunker mit einer Raumhöhe von unter 2m - ⁠Bad extrem klein (trotz Suite) wenn ich Duschen will, flieg ich über das Klo - ⁠Kissen wie im Knast - ⁠Bett wie auf Alcatraz - ⁠Klimaanlage auf Antarktis Winde ins Gesicht angelehnt - ⁠12 Jährige Kinder im Gym - ⁠Sehr hellhörig - ⁠Küche (Suite) hat KEINERLEI besteck, nur Wasserhahn und Mikrowelle - ⁠Raumhöhe auf Keller angelehnt - ⁠Klo wie Isolationshaft - Rezeptions-Telefon ist mit Warteschlange (Massenabfertigung) - ⁠Salmonellen Salat für 150€ und falsches Dressing + Gammelobst - ⁠Fön in zwei hälften zerbrochen und Selbstmordgefahr durch offene Elektrik - ⁠Wäsche stinkt so, als hätte man gerade Crystal gekocht (trotz hoher kosten) - ⁠Klimaanlage hört sich an wie ein A380 Triebwerk - ⁠Klimaanlage riecht, als hätte jemand eine Leiche in den Lüftungsschacht getan - Duschablauf Stinkt nach Leiche und wurde seit Jahrzehnten nicht gereinigt - Kissen auf mittelalterlichen Foltergerät angeleht

Fun in one spot!

Need more signs for locations of different places in the resort. Especially the entrance to the pool/waterpark.

I liked that it was clean and had a lot of space. There were many activities stores and restaurants.

I lost my phone and this is the last place I had it. It.has not been return to me. I hate theft and it would completely override my positive experiences.

It was in a good spot close to the attractions. The spa was also really nice.

The bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. The walls are super thin. We heard our neighbors and all the noise coming from the pool the entire time. I also didn’t like that I paid in full through booking.com prior to my stay and when I checked in I had an additional full price pending transaction on my credit card because the lady who checked me in made a mistake.

Breakfast was very good, priced high.

Everything. Everything was just the way it should’ve been except for the water pressure.

My biggest problem with the whole thing was paying for parking. I’m staying at the hotel that should be enough for the price I’m paying parking should not be $50 a night for valet.

Absence de shuttle pour les parcs Universal Il faut sortir le porte monnaie pour tout et les prix dans l'hôtel sont assez onéreux (boîte de coton tiges à 10e) Il y avait marqué baignoire dans la description de la chambre or nous n'en avions pas, on a demandé s'ils avaient une chambre avec et il fallait descendre à plus de 8 étages en dessous et donc perdre notre vue .... La wifi est catastrophique et peut être le point le plus négatif de cet hôtel ....si vous voulez un wifi plus fonctionnel il faut encore payer un supplément ... nous n'avons eu à payé aucun wifi dans aucun autre hôtel de notre trip

El check in con poca explicación para el viajero, solicité 2 habitaciones juntas por que íbamos en familia, sólo logré fueran en el mismo piso pero lejanas y una de ellas no tenía balcón y pagué el mismo precio por ambas.

The room was very comfortable. I could see the amazing pool from my balcony.I had breakfast at the buffet one morning and I also had coffee and quick snack other mornings.

I liked all the amenities. I was there for a teacher conference. The event was great!

I loved the cleanliness and spaciousness.

Prices of basic stuff like sunscreen. But that’s it. Everything else was fabulous.

Breakfast good; LOVED the pools; my room was very nice. Family took hotel shuttle to Disney- very convenient. Concierge desk set us up with a shuttle to Port Canaveral for our cruise. The hotel was a great part of our vacation.

For me, the walking was way too much to get to anywhere else in the hotel. When I went out a gate to smoke, gate was locked and I had to walk very far to find a gate that let me back in; it wasn’t until halfway through the 2nd day that I found a place to sit down and have a cigarette with my coffee.
