Elizabeth wasn’t welcoming and wasn't helpful

Was having work done at home so I needed to find a spot nearby that also allowed me to work and even cook if I wanted to. This location was convenient and while I have stayed at many Residence Inns over the years, I felt more at home at this one. Not sure why, but perhaps it was because I knew all the restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby. They definitely had everything I needed for a three day stay so I appreciated it. The room temperature was as comfortable as I wanted it. Not too noisy with so many people staying there. I probably kept people awake with my snoring but no complaints from neighbors. The grounds are very inviting and if I had my family or friends there, I probably would have taken advatange of the hot tub or maybe the fire pit. The price was right for what you get here.

I would only say this, but I have found this to be true in many Marriott budget properties, the TV's are not that great. Even with my glasses on, the TV was hard to view at times. I just had the same problem at a Fairfield Inn with a similar type of TV. Watched mostly on my laptop because of better resolution.

we were in a section that allowed dogs to stay in rooms with apparently no rules in place. barking all night which I realize is the dog owner’s fault. Some part of hotel should be pet free. we stayed for ten nights and we’re kept awake every night, often three or four in the morning.

Loved the staff for breakfast. Different options clean and very friendly. Greeting staff was also exceptional. Thanks

No garbage's in bathroom area would have been my only thing. But not that serious.

Furniture was dusty but Bed linens were clean; smelled nice.

It was incredibly clean and comfortable. We moved to this hotel after a horrific experience at another hotel and our vacation was salvaged. They have YouTube on the TV so my 2 year old was so happy getting to watch the shows she likes in the morning. The room stayed pretty cool which was nice! The woman at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely wonderful and so helpful.

I wish we could have adjusted the suit just a tiny bit more but the hotel is kept at 72. Our family just prefers it a little colder but it was still comfortable. The breakfast was just okay but whatever it’s close enough to great food places it doesn’t matter. The luggage cars need a little repair but you do get a good laugh out of pushing them and trying to maneuver into the elevator.

A home away from home! We booked a room with kitchenette, full size fridge with freezer, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. Full size shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Breakfast is REAL BREAKFAST! I’d say full menu in my opinion and varies daily. Pets are welcome! There is also a designated pet area for them to go potty. There are fast food restaurants nearby, a pet hospital, Target and Costco. I highly recommend it here. It is 20-ish away from Disney but we like to drive.

The night staff were very friendly

I was very disappointed about the room. I booked at least 6 weeks earlier and specifically booked a room with a separate bedroom. When we arrived, they said they didn't have available one bedroom rooms. I understand things happen but I was still very disappointed.

ac in room was very loud, room was dirty, no shampoo or conditioner, breakfast was all meat or cheese.

Air conditioning is too noisy to sleep. Recommend to prepare ear plugs.

Parking needs some improvement

Room was clean and spacious. Nice staff. Free parking. A lot of restaurants near by. Close to Disneyland.

There wasn't toiletries like lotion, shampoo, soap or conditioner; there was big bottles in the bathroom so all the guests can use. Not many breakfast options.
