Rooms are very comfortable. And clean.

Lots of outside parties at 1 AM when we checked in late. In the front desk, staff is rude and has very poor customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you. Definitely not a Westin experience! Did not feel safe being in the parking lot

There was nothing we could complain about. Staff was nice, hotel was clean, everything was very convienent.

The hotel suttle picked me up at the airport. The romm was very comfortable. The bed I wanted to bring home.

I initially I asked for a late check out and I was declined. I overheard another guest saying they had a late check out and were approved. I called the front desk and explained that and my findings, they approved my late check out. I’m from the area, but I now live in another state. I was meeting my family one last time before heading out. It was later in the day 3:30. Check out was 12. So I had nowhere else to go because everyone was at church. So that’s why I needed a later check out.

High quality facilities, ample parking, good checkin and check out experience, spacious room.

Small bath with shower on top of it was a little bit cramped
