My reservation got screwed up when I got there and I was overcharged. I felt used. It did no good to pre book this reservation. The staff couldn't fix it and made it worse. I ended up being overcharged for my room.

Management answering booking.com phone call so that I could get my money back for the hotel reservation that was made . I couldn’t get my money back once I found out the pool was not available. Out of order signs we’re on the elevators the toilet barely flushed . Additional blankets were not available. Heat was turned up to 90 degrees room was still chilli.

The entire property needs a deep clean. Our room had thick dust in the corners and food and dust behind the nightstands. Just needs some attention. Glass needs cleaned. Carpets need cleaned Upholstery needs replaced and cleaned

Outdated rooms. Horrible breakfast. Worst omelette I have ever had. The breakfast is why I choose to stay at embassy hotels.

The entrance to the lobby of the hotel had a beautiful layout. Hotel staff was extremely helpful.

Pool could have used a better layout. Not an open concept.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The only good thing was the bartender, Roger. He was the only welcoming staff member.

Extremely rude staff. I had booked a room with two beds and received a room with one bed and a pull out couch. When I asked for extra blankets and pillows for the pullout couch, I was told they had none and to “take them off the bed”. My friend slept on the couch with a bathroom towel. On top of this, everything smelled like cigarette smoke and was dirty. Absolutely horrendous stay.

The breakfast on Sunday was terrible no omelettes no cereal r pancakes ☹️

It was dirty, no blankets for the pull out couch, broken hairdryer, ran out of food for breakfast, closed the omelette bar before 10 am.

Embassy Suites are great! Exceptional breakfast!

Our first night was on a Saturday, and apparently there were people partying in the center of the motel until 11:00, so the police were called. The management handled the situation, but it made it late getting sleep. The second night we stayed was amazing! Actually, I would rate that stay more than a 10!

It was clean,the staff at the desk were great. The breakfast buffet was good. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice the hotel was accessible to all my events.

The facility was clean and quiet. The walk-in shower was a nice improvement over the usual tub shower.

I expected more at this price point. The room was small. The restaurant menu was disappointing and the breakfast buffet was cold. Too much attention was devoted to the spectacular atrium instead of the comfort of guests.

The whole stay was wonderful. The kids enjoyed themselves. And i was able to relax

It was a little bit of mold in my window in my room. I’m guessing where it was water damage at some point and was fixed

I loved the hotel and overall experience the only thing is the rooms need to be updated this is 2023 the furniture is getting old and out dated . But would love to go back someday. I wanted to stay another day

Need to be updated. Sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Children running through the hall ways .plus they were trying to charge me for cleanup and I didn't leave the room a mess so not sure what that's about

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great, except not enough staff working the omelets which resulted in long times. By the time we got out of the omelet line, the breakfast was over. The location was great, check in & out process was easy.

The only con .The room could've been cleaned better. The tub appeared dirty.
