Charged us more than what i was told on booking.com

Hampton's always come through for me. I am loyal to this brand because of the protein rich breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and they've never let us down and I travel A LOT.

Weak breakfast

Very close to where I needed to be.

Needs remodeled in room, tub had bad stains and ceiling had hole from water!

They put my room next to storage and there was loud noises coming from there all night long

Breakfast was cool, pool small and no jacuzzi

Nothing the outside with the enemy in Warren

Nice Room comfy Beds

Checked in...the Main Reason was the pool..for my 6 year old Grandson. Pool was Freezing Cold Couldn't Swim. Informed the Front Desk said he Check into it when he had time...Gave it about an Hour or so..went Back Dowwn to check the pool still Freezing..asked front Desk to where a comment was (I'm not a pool person )so my girlfriend my Grandsons nanna asked if we cant swing is there a Chance to just cancel get a Refund.was told No we seen someone working on the pool so we tried to wait it out .trying again later my 6 year old grandson tried thru out the Night with no luck..so went back up to Room to Kids from the age of around 6- To 14 years old Running the Halls from Room to Room..throught out the Night finally falling asleep 1AM..then was woke up at 6 am Running the Halls again..so at 7-730 took grandson to go Down and try and Have Breakfast 45 minutes later was able to grab a few things for us and try and enjoy to No prevail..sad🤔 Later that morning I Heard that Management Had to go up to the third floor Give Warnings which obviously Didn't do any good. Very Dissatisfied customer Wish Front Desk would of done more

It is a nice hotel and the reception staff was quite friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself needs some refurbishing. It is usable but not great.
