Breakfast was very good ,the ladies were all very kind and helpful. The young ladies at the desk were amazing, friendly and helpful!

Great breakfast

Small rooms, no fan in the bathrooms, and with the joining rooms we could hear everything going on in the next room over. We had rude neighbors so we were up all night. If anything inappropriate was going on I'd be throwing a fit considering I had young kids with me. Luckily that was not the case just people being loud and refusing to quiet down.

We were in town to visit a relative. The hotel was close to her house. It was right off the highway very easy to get to. The breakfast all 3 days was very delicious and with all the choices my husband and I could each select what we wanted. The gentleman who was the breakfast host Friday morning was a delight. He offered to get us anything on the breakfast bar and even came by our table to check on us and cleared our used plates for us, an exceptional employee! Also the weekend hosts were very fine.

Room 212 smells like pee. I noticed that the property allows animals and I believe a pet may have had an accident that was not properly cleaned. The bathroom shower is really hard to turn on too. My parents were in 214 and they struggled to turn their shower handle on too. Another note is that the water pressure is super low. You must flush the toilets 2 times to ensure toilet paper and everything goes down. It would also be nice to have a microwave in the suite rooms. I know in other Hamptons, they provide a mini fridge and microwave with their suite rooms.

Location was good for what we had planned.

Online said no pets, the hotel had a sign that said no pets. When we confirmed that at check-in, the person at the front desk said that pets were allowed. Said they would refund our booking and we could go elsewhere for a different hotel if this was going to be a problem. Probably would have done so had we known ahead of time. We had an appointment shortly after the check in time, so there was not sufficient time to change hotels. We will not be using Hampton Inn hotels again.

Maid service was requested,bed were not changed. They didn’t have our request from the front desk the night before. The trash was left everyday the shower I cleaned. The bedding was shabby when you pay 210.00 a night disgraceful carpet had not been vacuumed. We will be staying with a different hotel in the future. The staff except for breakfast were rude.
