Room was clean

Pool had cloudy water. Clerk would not allow earlier check-in, despite there being many empty rooms. He demanded an additional $14.00 to check in early. Maid was visibly annoyed because we left the room at the normal checkout time (and not earlier) on a rainy day. She did not have many rooms to clean (hotel was mostly empty) and did not enjoy having to wait for us to vacate.

The shower was clean and the shower curtain too!

Outdated room,

staff very nice. good location but there were cigarette buts and trash behind night stand even though room was non smoking. also shower didn't work properly- just a slow drip

The pool was nice and clean and it was open. Felt refreshing. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. It was a good value especially during peak season.

Room was clean and comfortable. It's too bad that the employees were so rude and unhelpful and threatening because everything else was really nice and the price was really good for the area and the time of year but unfortunately to advertise breakfast and then not find out that it's not available till you get there and have staff so rude that I won't go back again but I would of if they had been at all nicer about everything.

Staff was rude and completely unhelpful and unwilling to even consider allowing us to check out late even though we didn't get in till after midnight. Paid top price for less than 12 hours and when check in I'm isn't till 3pm I don't see why they couldn't accommodate letting us check out at 1230-1pm that still would give the cleaning crew 2-2.5hr to clean the room. Didn't even try to be helpful or accommodating just said it's Saturday so no. Very rude! Breakfast was suppose to be provided and was told until check in that it wasn't, and I really can't believe we had to pay so much and they couldn't even accommodate and small delay in check out literally threatened us saying that if we didn't return the key and check out by 10:55 we would be charged for another night when check out isn't until 11 and we had asked for a delayed check out since we didn't even get in till after midnight but no instead we were forced to leave earlier than check out and threatened with being charged another night.

Great location

The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean.

The room was smaller then I had imagined. The drapes did not close tight enough to keep the outside light out and the bathroom window allowed to much light during the night. Also the wifi was terrible. I also the front desk person who checked me in was on his phone through the entire check in.

The shower was broken there was a old coffee filter in the coffeemaker the cable sucked they only had local stations no sports station and to get clean towels I had to walk across the parking lot with my used towels to get new towels what happened to we will send them to your room

No pool - completely empty. No breakfast - emailed me after I’d paid. No shampoo, which is probably ok because there was no hair dryer.

The man at the front desk was rude. They left the windows to our room open and forgot to tell us...anyone could have gotten in. The indoor pool was emptied and closed, no breakfast. I booked a king size bed and got told oh well when we had two double beds. Just not a good experience

The room and location were fine. Indoor pool open which was great. Staff very nice.

I couldn't log onto the wifi but i did not call the desk about it. It could have been me.
