I liked the affordability of the hotel.

It needed many repairs and the pool was not properly cleaned. Our screens were broken to the outside and the door was not working properly because you could see out of the cracks around the door frame.

The staff was kind and friendly, the room was clean, and it was nice having the option to grab breakfast and coffee.

It had a strong air freshener/chemical smell.

The room was fine, nice and clean with comfortable beds. It appears to be an older motor inn going thru an upgrade process.

Part of the pool area was under construction so to use the bathroom they let us use a hotel room that had lots of storage in it. My boys enjoyed it however the pool area was packed with older kids that kept splashing around my boys and it was very annoying. (Not the hotels fault but there was also no supervision of these children) The room was small especially the bathroom for 4 people but we managed as it was only one night. When I checked out the woman couldn't find my reservation. According to her no one stayed in the room we were assigned to the previous day. That was annoying. And mind boggling. They finally found it after a long time. I had left already. It had been filled away and never put in the system. Luckily no one else was assigned that room during our stay.

Perfect location, but would have liked the sidewalk shoveled to be able to walk next door to eat without walking in the street.

Snow covered sidewalk, hot tub with lots of “gravel” in the far end, and guests staying with 10 people in the hot tub for over 2 hours (10 people!), making it unavailable for anyone elsegreat

While I did not use the pool, there for sleep/ work, I did however have the continental breakfast: bagels, english muffins, eggs (in the fridge), yogurt, juice, tea, coffee, milk, oatmeal..

Faster service would have been nice, but the front desk agent was helping someone with their room concerns so it is completely understandable.

tea choices could have been better. Also the breakfast time could have been longer hours...many other places go until 10 or 10:30 a.m.

No exhaust fan in bathroom, bathroom door didn't close properly, screen slider to patio not on the track, patio chairs stored in the room.

Jacuzzi in pool area should be cleaned more frequently.

Flies and bugs in room, ketchup or something on walls and curtains, our sliding door screen was broken and had holes in it. Ordered a crib for my baby and it was never brought to me room

Complimentary breakfast was a wonderful surprise, complete with waffle maker and yogurt. The pools are very good size and the staff was very pleasant and amenable to all requests. We enjoyed the small on site mini-golf . The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

The beds weren't as comfortable as we expected. There was a lot of sand in the hot tub.

Location. Only about a mile from Seagull beach and right in middle of cape. Nice upgrades & clean pools also, the new chaises. Very clean rooms, & nice staff. We’ve been coming here for years and there’s good reason . We ❤️the Mariner!

I think that the upgrades need to continue into the bathrooms . They are very much in need of an overhaul.

Complete renovation has greatly improved the appearance. Even the staff act happier with the cleaner environment.

Close to beaches and town. Clean rooms. Nice pools.

Very bad hotel, when entering the room the smell of old and dirty carpet is the first thing we noticed, I had to spray my own perfume to hide the bad smell that the room has. The old furniture and the sofa seem to have been there for years without being properly cleaned, but the worst thing was the bath towel with strange stains, apparently someone used it and it was not properly cleaned so that another guest in the room could use it. I do not recommend this hotel too bad

The pool and hot tub was the big reason I booked this place. The bed was super comfortable made me think about getting a new mattress.

The breakfast was minimal at best. I wish they had more. Place is under renovation so some things are taken apart.

Pool was very great had a swell time in there. Bath tub was wonderful. Takis pizzeria had great mozzarella stick (highly recommend)

But, they are under construction and there was no out door pool because of it. We constantly had to go around construction workers to get to the indoor pool. The beds were not comfortable at all. My sliding screen door fell off as soon as I opened it and almost dropped 10 feet to the ground. The food is ok. The fresh fruit goes fast.

Run down. Outdated. Overly smelled like pine sol or something. Hallway smelled of weed. Bed was horrible. Matress of springs on a metal frame. Woke up very sore. Bathroom was run down. Toilet was difficult to flush.
