Check in was esay. Front desk personnel were friendly. Bartender was good guy. Maintenance staff were nice people.

On May 9 room 915 was stifling and had no functioning HVAC system. The thermometer indicated the room was 76F with the thermostat set for 65F. The refrigerator in the room did not work. I tried plugging it into a different outlet without success. On May 10 we were given a new, much better room. While transferring our clothes, I met a young women with a baby in a frontback. She told me that she was moved from room 913 during her stay because of HVAC problems. Both of these rooms are on either side of the elevators. Additionally after checking out I realized that I left socks and handerkerchiefs behind. No partial refund was offered for the inconvenience. In retrospect I should have complained a few hours after check-in instead of waiting until the next morning.

Der Zimmerkomfort ist in Ordnung und man kann in dieser Preiskategorie nicht mehr erwarten. Das Hotel hat ein eigenes Restaurant, was für die Abendmahlzeiten sehr praktisch ist. Das Essen war sehr gut. Freizeiteinrichtungen gibt nicht im Hotel selbst, aber man braucht keine im Hotel, man muss nur das Hotel verlassen und findet genug zu tun

leider gibt es keinen guten Kaffee zum Frühstück im Hotel. Für den Parkservice muss man viel bezahlen.

Room was clean and ready upon arrival and was an easy check in. Pretty standard hotel with no real extras.

The parking at this facility is horrid. 45 mins to have Valet park your car. Forget wanting to put something in your car after its parked. The front desk knew the staff in the parking garage was going to be a problem. Then to leave we had to wait while 4 other people behind us got their car before us. We were informed they could not find our car! On top of that the parking was not included in the price of the hotel!

The greetings and reception for those that stayed there to run the Broad Street 10 mile race.

There was no bottled water in the rooms and there were only 2 pillows and not 4.

This hotel has an incredible location. It is very convenient to visit the museums and great restaurants in the area.

Funcionário que atende o bar do café da manhã muito mal humorado. O hotel diz que dá 10 dokares de crédito para vc consumir no café da manhã, mas não foi isso que aconteceu. Quando fui fechar a conta,me cobraram mais de 34 dólares - e o pior é que o café da manhã foi péssimo! Se o hotel aceita uma sugestão, melhor seria não oferecer café da manhã nenhum e tampouco dizer que concede o crédito de 10 dólares por pessoa/dia.

Lo único bueno que tiene este hotel es la ubicación.

La habitación parece sacada de una película de terror. Antigua y muy, muy sucia. Había pelusas, polvo y suciedad por toda la habitación. Terrible.

La limpieza, alojamos 4 noches de las cuales sólo un día hicieron "limpieza" y lo coloco entre comillas porque antes de salir de la habitación se me ocurrió dejar un puñado de confort limpio en el suelo y al llegar a la noche, estaba el mismo puñado de confort,con el cambio de toallas y la cama hecha. 2. En la oferta decia que habia personal que hablaba español y en realidad nadie lo hacía. 3. El día del check out, dejamos en custodia las maletas, al regresar al hotel 3 horas más tarde, el que estaba a cargo de estas, nos preguntó si las ibamos a retirar, en una primera instancia le dijimos que no, pero al percatarnos del horario, decidimos pedirlas, el encargado no estaba y se las pedimos al recepcionista y en ese momento llego el encargado y nos reto y nos dijo unas cosas murmurando que asumimos que era algo malo por su expresión facial, algo que claramente nos parece ofensivo. 4. Por el valor de alojamiento, hubiese sido ideal que contemplarán desayuno, sobretodo considerando que Filadelfia empieza a funcionar de manera "normal" a las 10am. 5. Ideal que consideren en sus habitaciones smart tv. Para poder conectar las aplicaciones de películas.

1. The front desk - while not aware of a request made online - definitely stepped up quickly to remedy the oversite. 2. The gym was clean and had enough pieces of equipment to make do for a good workout. 3. The bed was very comfortable! 3. Accommodated my late checkout request but charged me $40 for it. Usual checkout is 1100hrs and we checked out at 1330hrs. I am not sure that is worth charging a guest and left a 'meh' so like may be a stretch.

1. The parking lot - while not Sonesta exactly - has a working relationship with the hotel. It is expensive (10-15 more than other 24 hours) but if staying - convenient. It is also congested during check in times and there seems to be no effort of the hotel to monitor incoming guests to assist with luggage. 2. The state of the rugs in room 1925 are horrendous! There are enough stains in the rug to question the cleanliness of the entire room. That is never a good feeling. The stains in question are large enough to see from across the room and that is just unacceptable for a hotel that fancies itself as upscale. 3. Uncomfortable couch and chairs. Like really strange chairs that were low and uncomfortable. 4. Charged me $40 to stay till 1330hrs.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location was central to many attractions and restaurants. The check in process was streamlined and easy. Valet parking is available directly outside the hotel and easy to use.

I didn't like that the hotel was lacking amenities. The art bar was very disappointing. No hot food, no beer on draft, no utensils for use. The Chris Ruth Steak house in located directly inside but very expensive, otherwise all other options are outside the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was awesome! I was traveling with my three kids. Very family friendly, excellent staff and service. And the pool was amazing!

Hotels in general could just use more hooks. We would have loved to hang up our bath towels to reuse them, but there really wasn’t anywhere to do that so we went through a lot of towels while we stayed there.

Room was super clean and I got an upgrade- Walking distance from the train station and restaurants.

They took 20 USD extra for the "destination fee," which no one told me about before. The gym is not "state of the art!!" as they described it, you can say we have a gym with some equipment. The pool is dirty, dirty!!

Air conditioning worked well. Central location. Staff were efficient at check-in.

Room was small. Sheets were not fitted properly and came off after 1 night. Cleaning service never showed up. TV was old and there was no TV guide, it was also not wall-mounted so it wasn't high enough (and took up limited space). The hotel also included amenity charges of $100 the day of the booking - there is no reason they couldn't advertise these at the time of booking. This fee was not optional, even though we didn't use the pool and the cleaning services never showed.

Ms Kim was EXCELLENT! She made my wife and I stay a BEAUTIFUL experience! While some of the staff were dismissive to our needs, she made it better!
