The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient to get to and we’ll located for my trip.

My fourth floor room was very hot at night. Even with the heating system turned off it was over eighty degrees in the room. Luckily there was a box fan n the closet to bring some relief.

The room was clean

Front desk staff were not available. The morning clerk was in front of the entrance smoking. The evening clerk was largely unavailable. Children were running around on the floor above us until 2 a.m. Clerk was very dismissive when we complained about this. We didn't even bother to stay for breakfast. It was just not peaceful and we were unable to sleep. Not worth the money.

Staff very kind and friendly through and through Breakfast buffet was good as well, nice selection. Coffee very good. Room was great size overall Nice window view of countryside.

Poorly lit (no light) /dark area of sign for road way entrance to IGH. Room window next to bed slightly drafty cold. Didn't know hotel was related to one across from us that had a available indoor pool for use at no extra charge. Could hear the highway from time to time early in morning.

We had to wait for our room to be ready and it was almost 4 when we checked in.

Not much in the immediate vicinity, but a short drive to all the Upper Valley sights.

Love it!!! Excellent location when visiting Woodstock vt , great hot chocolate, easy check in and out, big rooms , clean, confy for a family of 4 , great free breakfast, free parking , hot shower, nice desk lady . I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and big , beds were comfy. Breakfast was awesome and so was the cook! I would definitely stay here again!

We kept having a problem with our keys . Seem like everytime we got up to our room, our keys didn't work. They said it was probably bc we were spending all day in a hospital near radiation. Pool was in a different building. So we didn't use the pool.

Forgive me Holiday Inn for I have sinned! I was in white river for two nights. the first one was spent at the white river inn next door and what a mistake that was. your facility was not only friendlier, it was obviously cleaner, newer, it felt much safer, and breakfast was outstanding! I can’t wait to come back next year for the same event (assuming I get invited back) I will be staying both nights at the holiday inn!

There were some very minor issues with the room. like the night stand had a sticky residue on it from the bottom of a coffee cup from a previous guest but other than that my stay was fantastic!

the staff was just rude, when we arrived there was an issue with booking.com and 20$ were missing from the pre-paid amount, i offered to pay the difference so we can just get our room but the staff refused, saying i had to call booking and have them fix it, i explained i don’t mind paying the difference and just get this over with, but they wouldn’t nudge. I then offered to give them my card or 100$ as a deposit so we can get our rooms and my kids could settle in while I take care of this and call booking, they refused once more. So, we all had to sit there in the lobby for 30 minutes while I call booking and get this resolved, all over 20$ that I offered to pay many times. When I told the lady this makes no sense, and their customer service is just terrible she just shook her head and left the front desk! To top all of this the pool is in another hotel across the parking lot, it was freezing cold and there were no towels because there were just doing laundry. I stayed at 14 hotels this trip, and this was by far the worst

The hot breakfast was the best part of the stay and the only reason I gave a "fair" rating. The breakfast staff person was very friendly and accommodating.

The front desk staff person was obnoxious in attempting to get me to sign up for the rewards program which I declined SEVERAL times. The bathroom in our room was not clean and the whole room needs an update.

Room was not clean, bathroom as well. Black hair in the bathroom everywhere, door lock didn't work. Breakfast, or the thing they call as breakfast was terrible for this price
