The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes... the elevators were old and dirty the rooms dated and the sink took a full day to drain the water out. The walls were paper thin and I felt like I was in the same room as my neighbour's. It is definitely not worth the price paid...

The smell of the place, the cleanliness of the place and how the staff at the front desk presented themselves. They kept running outside for a cigarette break... overall the place was not a 3 star hotel and I would say it would struggle to be a 2 star. The housekeeper was nice and honest tho all that was missing is bed bugs and roaches...

The hotel was clean, breakfast was OK and set up well. Very good location to drive to Dartmouth medical.

Breakfast was typical but ok. Room & bathroom was IMMACULATE. Location great.

I know that covid affected everyone & that it’s hard to get help, but I wish that housekeeping could at least empty trash & make the bed on a daily basis. I was there 6 days, & did request housekeeping services one day. It was exceptional.

You have to ask for the room set every day and I was not told about this. So I did not get my room cleaned after the first night.
