This hotel checked all the boxes for our one-night stay: next to Northwestern Medicine's clinic, super clean, spacious suite, complimentary afternoon snacks, complimentary breakfast, abundant parking, quiet, reasonable rate. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend.

Great service! Transportation from and to train station and even to pick up take out food. Great breakfast! Accommodated my schedule allowing me to check out later and stay in the great room until I needed to go to the train station.
Temperature was a little warm. Furniture was worn. Chair in living room had a piece of metal sticking out.

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, um am nächsten Morgen in O´Hare den Mietwagen zurückzugeben und abzufliegen. Dafür eignet sich das Hotel. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Frühstück und happy hour mit Drinks und einfachem Essen inbegriffen.
Die Umgebung des Hotels bietet nichts. Ein menschenleeres Shopping.

There is a major trip hazard where 2 perpendicular sidewalks meet near Patriot Drive. Approx. 1-1/2" height difference, where I first stumbled, then tripped, breaking my fall with wrists & knees, then my chin. I have a slight whiplash, but I'll not file a claim.
However, before someone is seriously injured, this trip hazard needs to be repaired.
Also, I would have preferred a little firmer mattress. (Room 104)

Great location in an upscale suburban area with walking paths through prairie preserves and around a large scenic lake. Very quiet and safe area, and a walk or short drive from many shops and restaurants. Lots of car parking spaces. Hotel was attractive and very clean. Rooms were modern, well-furnished and spacious and my bed was very comfortable. Daily room keeping was impeccable. Staff were very friendly and obliging and greeted me daily over my 10-day stay. Breakfast was buffet style with freshly made hot and cold choices, lots of drink choices, with the staff continually replenishing the food stations and cleaning up. Best value for money.

The staff is kind and friendly. The breakfast served a lot of fresh food. I loved the decor in the room and it gave me a few decorating ideas for home.

The room was exactly what was pictured. The refrigerator kept things cold, which is more than be said for many in room refrigerators at hotels.
I booked a queen bed but we got a double. I booked a handicap room but it included a tub. Lots of grab bars but still a step over. I didn't plan on taking a shower. Also there was only one grab bar for the toilet. unless you count the one behind it which you have to be double jointed to help yourself with. No ice maker anywhere on property except in you room's refrigerator's freezer. They claimed because of COVID. Really, you put a bucket under the chute and press a button. How is that a problem?

Location
The staff was rude. The room was dirty. One of the bathrooms the Ceiling was leaking water when told the staff didn't even care. The main door lock was broken, when told they told us it wasent a big deal. The furniture is old and dirty hasent been cleaned in years.
