Very comfortable, clean, and well maintained.

I liked everything about the hotel and the staff.

Typically a hotel room has a booklet that describes the property in some detail, with a map which one can easily see what is offered and provides information such as opening and closing times for example. Nothing was found in the room. The hotel has a restaurant on the main floor and it would have been nice to see a menu and if room service was available and perhaps what number one should dial if desired. What attractions are nearby, nothing was provided. A request for a refrigerator could not be fulfilled.

Facilities were good.

Staff was unkind. Manager was very unkind because I booked through booking.com after mentioned to his colleague( not even to me ) that they didn't have availability. He was angry I still booked on booking and said he had the authority to not accept my booking. Very unkind treatment to customer.

Breakfast was delicious!

No shower gel in container in the bathroom. I told housekeeping but no response. Definitely need to have housekeeping clean up daily. There weren’t enough towels and floor was dirty after showers. Poor shower curtain

staff was not welcoming, bordering on rude. no one picked up the phone at night. missing fridge and missing safe from the room. the iron stained my clothes.

Pool and gym were very nice.

Quiet hotel outside the city of Chicago. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds.

price increases in recent months!!!

Smell of cigarettes smoke in a room

We asked for a better chair and small fridge. Received both free of charge.

There was no housekeeping. We did not get fresh towels. We were told afterwards that we needed to request housekeeping in the morning.
