Good location, clean, friendly staff

The space was new, nice and clean.

The room was very small, no sink outside the bathroom.

I did not enjoy my stay at this property.

The hotel is old and had a smell to it as soon as you walked in. The room was small. This hotel is in need of a serious update.

Out dated, not good set ups for charging electronics bedside.. Pool isn't open, wasnt informed until we arrived. Bare walls. Only coke products. Elevators sound scary

Didn’t eat because if they can’t clean a room together then I can’t trust anything from there

Staff lied room service didn’t exist and pool freezing blood condom wrapper 7.5 hours waiting on clean linens because they had urine everywhere and no towels no wash clothes and they didn’t even care I requested everything and nothing was done $336.32 and I will never stay there again

The location was great and the sheets were clean.

I brought to the attention of the service desk that we had no hot water soon after we arrived, was told they would look at the boilers and get it situated. After returning to the hotel to retire for the evening, we discovered that the water was still cold. Advised the service desk again and they gave the same response. No offer to change rooms or anything. The morning came and STILL no hot water. Luckily we had another family member staying on another floor and we just used her shower and thank goodness it was hot. Also, a hotel should not even advertise of a indoor pool if said pool has been down for 2 years due to what I was told for "maintenance". It surely was NOT worth the $200 for the night.

Breakfast was great besides the manager or whoever came in yelling about something seems to be a hostile environment for the staff which were great and very easy to get to and check in was fast

Wasn't aware pool was closed until arrival, then room had broken lamp, coffee splatter all over shade, bathtub was broke (drain) exhaust fan cover hanging down by one clip, grout had a lot of mold im also a contractor so I look at everything

The bed was comfortable. The location was near restaurants and gas stations.

We had to leave by 6 so no breakfast for us since it didn't start till 7. Room was hot even after turning down the heat. Drawer on TV stand would not stay closed. Price was too high in my opinion. This was not am almost $200 a night hotel. Worst problem of all was that we got a key to a room that was already occupied. We opened the door and people were already in the room. That could have been dangerous and was very uncomfortable. Luckily person was nice and there was another room available. Staff acted like it was no big deal.

Honstly the only complaint we had was our room had a smoky smell to it like probably from someone before us probably smoked in there and my husband didnt like the coffee but very clean super nice staff we felt safe and comfortable and best breakfast we've ever had at any hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal.
