Staff is always very nice.

Unfortunately I could not get the heat to work but was too tired to ask for help. Room 111 needs the heating unit to be serviced.

My room was close to exit door leading to parking lot that slammed many times during the night. I also heard a dog 🐕 at least two times during the night.

Everything. We were very surprised to see how big the room was. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. We use to stay somewhere else when we visited family but umm yeah we will definitely stay again.

We were told the pool was closed yet later in the evening people were in the pool. Other than that it was perfect.

The breakfast- the lady in charge did a great job of keeping the food replenished. Only positive at the hotel.

When we got to our room (Queen suite) it was dirty with unmade beds and someone’s belongings on the dresser. We headed back to the front desk to be told that “well I was told it was clean and we don’t have any more suites so you’ll just have to go to a regular room. We reserved a room for five not four!!! The hallways and elevators were not air conditioned and were miserable. Not very clean. Very disappointed.
