Great location, clean rooms, we were able to get in our room before scheduled checkin time

Location is perfect. Nice view from the roof top, pool. Pretty quiet room. Good bath towels. Very helpful valet parking guys.
Broken luggage stand. We have to ask a few times to bring a new one. Staff was not helpful on one shift (but very helpful on another). Broken light (fixed fast by helpful shift). Polyester bed sheet. Missed one time cleanning. Very boring breakfast with bad coffee ( no fruits and vegetables). No bath robe. Light from the door in the night. Very thin blanket, you have to ask about addtional, because they don't have spare blanket in a room.

Price for what you got no good breakfast not real friendly staff no amenities and no welcome guides or pens and paper really nothing didn’t know anything about hotel
Or what it offered no good snacks that you could even buy no help really very disappointed for what we payed also our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday emailed them and nothing

Walking distance to some nice restaurants. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful.
One of their two elevators was broken. Had to wait in long lines for the elevator.

Someone went into our room and stole money

Location was perfect to get the most of our trip. Ride share used for Bonaventure Cemetery and Tybee Island, able to walk to every thing else we wanted to see. Rooftop pool/hot tub area was a nice bonus. Wendy checked us in, she was very friendly and shared a lot of information with us.
A little less windy? I have no complaints with our accommodations.

THERE WAS NOOO HOT WATER FOR TWO DAYS AND STAFF COULD NOT CARE LESS. Oh, we’re sorry. No attempt to fix or change room. Nothing.

Great view on the 7th floor of the river. Very pleasant staff.
One of the elevators was out of order leaving only one working. Making it difficult to come and go. TV cable didn't really work.

The hotel was in a great location! It was within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, shops, and the river walk. The staff was efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing that wasn't great was one of the beds. One side had been worn down and was uncomfortable.

There was a loud noise in a utility closet next to our room that caused our door to rattle. This happened day and night while there which interrupted our sleep.

Parking was a little difficult than I expects but it was suitable.
