The location + it was clean. The staff at the front desk were exceptional.

Housekeeping. They didn’t put a second sheet on the bed so I was sleeping on the mattress pad instead of a sheet.

Nothing, perfection

The most perfect hotel for a solo / self-care stay. The Perry Lane is now my favorite hotel ever! The room is huge, the staff is pleasant and go above and beyond to ensure you are pleased, and the amenities are top notch. I took full advantage of the fitness center and pool during my 3 night stay. Beautifully and aesthetically soothing hotel. Very convenient location. I appreciated the daily complimentary tea, popcorn, and champagneI have no complaints at all. If you've seen all there is that Savannah has to offer, theres no need to leave the hotel during your stay. From now on, I will only stay here when traveling to Savannah.

The Staff

It is not a 5 star hotel, it’s way overpriced, rooms are small, bathroom fixtures did not work, the view was terrible, the rooftop restaurant was small and hot. There was only valet parking and no ice in rooms.

First, I want to mention Jack, who helped us upon check-in and check-out. We appreciated what a hard worker Jack was and that he wanted us to be pleased with his service and the hotel. There was another young man who helped us with luggage upon check out and he was really nice and accommodating as well. In addition, the young man who assisted us at check-in was very informative about the hotel and the amenities it offered and was very friendly. I also loved the design of the hotel and the accommodations. The bed and bed linens were extremely comfortable and the hotel is located in a great spot! The coffee and food from The Emporium was very good as well but I thought the prices were too high. Overall, I was happy with the hotel and the service we received and would stay there again.

I felt like the room could have been cleaner. There were stains on the ottoman, the carpet and the bathroom door and walls could have used a deep cleaning. It felt as if people are moved in and out very quickly with not enough time to do a thorough cleaning between guests. For such a nice, luxury hotel, I feel that the room should be spotless.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop pool was Amazing except it was dirty. The tiles on the pool were filthy.

It was beautifully and in walking directions to everything.

decor was beautiful! rooms very comfortable and loved the beds/ sheets. Roof top deck was nice for a drink early evening. Great store for shopping.

$50/ night to park your car. Plenty of street parting for a $1/ hr 8am-8pm
