Pool and hot tub. Location convenient.

Room had insufficient lighting and was poorly arranged so that neither of us could get out of both sides of our beds. Didn't like the pillows. Breakfast was only so-so, meat patties rather than bacon and sausage, fruit salad pre mixed, plastic cutlery and the coffee not in same room as the rest of breakfast. Good toaster but no choice of bread.

Breakfast was good, matched the usual Hampton Inn breakfast.

The breakfast was a very nice treat. My wife is diabetic and we were worried that they wouldn't have anything that she could eat but we were happy and surprised.

The ice machine downstairs was broken.

it was clean when i first arrived

stuff doesn’t care about your needs while you are there. stayed there for three nights and requested housekeeping service and it wasn’t done. when talked to the front desk person he said that he was sorry but nothing can be done. the remote control didn’t work and they promised to bring a new one to the room and it never happened i had to go to the front desk twice ti get a new one and then ask for batteries

liked the location and where is next to the parks. especially the hotel rooms which is rlly comfy

people from the office is dry and they do not communicate much with the other people.

I didn't like the bathrooms were dirty and that made me feel everything else was dirty

Found out we got charged twice for our stay. One from Booking and other at the hotel. They still have not fixed it.
