they wouldn’t let us check in until after three. Then they wouldn’t let us do a late stay even though They wouldn’t let us check in.

hotel is getting remodeled, looks amazing inside . comfortable, great view from suite, spacious and clean

Propert was under renovation and they put us.in a room without bunk beds..which I had specifically called when I booked to make sure we'd be in a bunk bed room. They said there were none available. The room we were put in the toilet didn't flush, lights didn't work, fridge and TV did not work. So after an hr of sending the matience person up they switched us to another room so we had to pack up and move all our stuff. I was told she couldn't refund any amt due to booking thru a 3rd party app. I also asked to be moved to a bigger room or have 2 rooms as I had 5 ppl in my party which is why I booked the room with bunk beds ans was told there are no other rooms and if I was given another I would be charged the price of 2 rooms. I can understand the property being under construction but there was no mention of that on website or at booking and no effort made to accommodate us .

they told us that housekeeping services where under request. we went to front desk to ask for it and they said that it wouldn’t be possible. we never got the room cleaned after 3 nights

We were rudely woke up at 10:15pm with a complaint that there was a strong odor of drugs coming from our room, the carpet by the door inside and outside of our room was saturated and smelled like THC!

The other guests were rude, the shower had very little water pressure and was hard to regulated the hot water and the bed was horrible,.

Hotel under renovation. Paid too much for what we got... essentially a La Quinta/Quality Inn level experience. Definitely not worth over $200/night!

Nice staff and good breakfast. Room was a decent size.

Just a little bit from downtown and the hot springs. But a Uber is not bad to get back and forth.

The property was very close to the Hot Springs in the adventure park which was fabulous!
