1. Manager Tom was most helpful, a credit to Crowne. 2. A mobile makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom is a very good addition.

1. I called to say we were delayed due to flight and the service rep said not problem. Arrived the following afternoon after a 20+ hours flight and it became a problem. 3 staffers, nice, but I was told they could not assist me. After upwards of 15mins, manager Tom walked in and fixed it in a moment. He walked one of the front desk staff through the process, simply and I was relived that a manager of his caliber was present. 2. No included laundry service, unlike the Hyatt down the road. 3. Told that room service was unavailable while I'm on a work call and cannot leave my room? Is that not the point of room service? 4. Pork Chops were dry and tasteless, sound was decent, but for the cost compared to Uber Eats and nearby hotels, it needs to be better. 5. Noisy aircon, service guys could not fix, so moved to a new room. Thankyou, but that "thrumming" motor engine noise was still there, a few feet from my head when trying to sleep even in the new room.

Proximity to airport

There was a slight sewage smell existing the elevator on the 2nd floor. May have been the trash receptacle as you enter and exit. It was fairly strong upon arrival but less noticeable the morning when I left.

i landed very early in the morning, the front desk was able to check me in, so i can have a quick shower and attend my business meeting that day without any delay.

Old room. Needs a remodel

We were able to leave our car parked at rhe hotel. We liked that they had a shuttle to take us to and from the airport. The property was very conveniently located to the airport and the staff were great!

Not much to not like since my overall experience was great. It fit the need for what we wanted for our vacation.

To much construction interference going on We had to dodge walking and parking through all of it.

They did’nt offer free shutle bus on my reservation and I had to pay for an Uber.

Shuttle drivers and breakfast staff were fantastic! Bed was amazing.

The interior of the hotel smells like the pool. And the hotel room smelled like this too.
