Got hit with a strong smell of vomit upon entering the building, staff was helpful but unfortunately the creepy hallways littered with trash and lack of amenities ruined my night

Unfortunately, I do not have anything positive to say about our stay here at The Grand Hotel.

This property is very misleading. After looking through pictures on booking my family and I were very excited to stay in such a charming location. Sadly, all of that changed the minute we walked into the lobby to check in. Very strong unpleasant smell, mold/mildew, dirty, their was loud music and very strong cooking all over the property. no parking, and it looked as if the whole 1st level of the property was being lived in. Their was trash bags and lose trash all over ever entrance. Our toilet in our room did not work. We will not be back and hope booking removes this property from their options.

No free breakfast Restaurant not open. Vending machines in game room took money and did not work. Maid tried to enter room with do not disturb sign on the door. Cracked sink in bathroom. Security lock on door broken.

I really liked this hotel! I was a little on the fence because of some of the reviews that I read but I did not see what they referenced to. One of the moments that REALLY stood out to me is that it only took 2 minutes to check in, he found my reservation, checked my ID and instantly had my key ready, it was honestly the quickest check in I've ever had. Major props to the gentleman at the counter. The room was a perfect size, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean. The hot pool spa was a lot fun too.

The hotel room was in poor repair. The light in the bathroom would not turn off. The hairdryer did not work. The thermostat would only blow cold or hot air. Only one of our two key cards worked.

website misleading, there is no continental breakfast, our room wasn’t completely finished which means they don’t do quality checks, we had no coffee pot and then got the wrong kind of coffee which were k cups . asked for the correct kind of coffee for our coffee maker and never received it in fact was never contacted by the staff after that, their restaurant was closed down and there was no bar.

Pool/ spa was closed . You should update that info online . That’s the reason I booked because my daughter wanted to go to the indoor pool . Surprise pool was closed !

it was filthy - one of the door locks was broken - the toilet did not flush - the restaurant could not operate as there was no staff - on and on it went

Well this is more of a migrant hotel it is full of Mexicans I am not being racist but they were laying all over the place drinking in the hallways and pool was cloudy the hallways had dirt next to the ice machines were bags of trash never saw anybody cleaning your room nobody came to clean my room I had to wait 30 minutes when I got there at 8:00 in the evening for somebody to show up to the front desk for me to check in they hotel restaurant is no longer available nor is the bar nor is The distillery this place has nothing to offer you no breakfast not a thing overpriced not well maintained wallpaper in the hallways are peeling off the wall the ceiling was falling down in was it the laundry room I think yeah the laundry room buildings falling apart window only opens 4 inches nobody cares there was no staff saw nobody but one front desk guy and one front desk girl that was it but everybody's just lautering all around laying in the hallways sitting next to elevators you know absolutely the worst hotel feel like I got ripped off do not stay here if you have family did not see a lot of kids kind of a creepy environment can understand why Holiday inn gave it up

Location was great and price was cheaper than other places. The bed clean/comfortable. Great view from room. Good water pressure.

Maintenance was poor: shower handle was sitting on the edge of the tub, dirty lobby and hallway floors; driers in laundry room not working, peeling wall paper, etc.

The location was perfect, the staff was excellent. I wasn't aware if they had a breakfast or not and the only coffee I could get was in the room.

I didn't like that I paid cash for the room for that one night and you still charged my credit card I went to have nerves burned total of 8 of them came to rest at the hotel afterwards didn't have hot water place was very unclean and the guy at the front counter Saturday morning when we checked us out he was very nice it was just a bad experience I would like to get my money back on my credit card since I paid cash I wish I had a better review when you have mold in the bathroom mold on the ceiling of the bathroom the face cover on the phone was not there had to clean the remote control for the TV couldn't get this office chair to come up no clock couldn't take a shower after my procedure very uncomfortable and the heater didn't work in the first room so they had to move us to another one

Everything. It was unclean both rooms we were in. We stayed only the one night because it was disgusting, it looked as if they never vacuumed!!!! The game room they are so proud of had trash everywhere and again I don't think this hotel owns cleaning supplies. I practically begged them to help me cancel my second night and they fed me a lie that it was a special two night stay rate which is the same rate you can get at anytime!!!! We are out the money for the second night because they are unbearably disgusting I could barely sleep. It has so much potential but no one is willing to put into it but charge waaaaayyyy too much! My husband stayed at the hotel next door and it was cheaper but clean and comfortable. I could not sleep hoping we didn't have bed bugs in our room. Thank God we left and didn't stay the second night.
