The staff has great customer service and great attitudes.

Do not book this property! The person at the front desk was exceedingly apathetic. All she seemed to want to do was to return to her microwave dinner and her Netflix movie on her phone. The rooms are disgusting - damp and moldy. All we could smell was cleaners and mothballs. The fridge was totally covered in rust. When we went to the desk to complain, the person offered a different room, and then said that there was nothing she could do. We left and never received a refund from the hotel or from Booking.com. Deceptive photos and reviews! Poor business practices and customer service!

Dirty , very dirty smelled bad ants all over even in the bed

The hotel needs a lot of cleaning and repairs. Rooms smell very musty.

No complaints! I would definitly return and it would be perfect for more than a one night stay.

The drive to Ohio Stadium was a little farther than anticipated so Uber cost a bit more but still worth it!

I booked a room by the airport for late plane arrival. My wife first name was on the booking. Her flight was delayed. I showed the ID with same last name as the booking, credit card used for the booking. The attendant refused to give the room key, refused to call a manager, and shut the door of the check in desk. She mentioned that the room would be reimbursed. 3 weeks after, i have not been reimbursed and I had to find a hotel room somewhere else. Worst service in my 15 years of hotel experience.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff were friendly.

Generally fine stay

My god mother didn't get as much help as I'd hoped for. They wouldn't help us with the cart to bring belongings in or out. I was grateful to get the wheel accessible room but it would have been nice to have a little more assistance overall. She couldn't get in the bed because it was a bit too nigh and staff, i guess, didn't have a stool to aid her l so I brought her a stool from home to help her get in the bed. The room was a bit stuffy too. Overall, an okay stay. Great customer service would have made it better.
