Beds and pillows were comfortable. Complementary Coffee downstairs always avaible which was much appreciated. Basic room. But very clean except shower had some pink moldy looking stuff on it. I'd give it overall four stars. It was also quick check in.

Noisy, out of shampoo and conditioner. Not really clean. Breakfast was good. The air condition made noise and then you would hear another noise throughout the night.

Great overnight stay before flight out early in the morning. Friendly quick check in and out, nice room with all the amenities, shuttle to airport waiting outside even at 3:30 am when leaving for airport! Would recommend!

The elevator didn't work and I had to drag my heavy bag down the steps from the third floor.

Distance from the airport is a plus. Very accessible to the airport. Shuttle service is excellent. Front Desk Service was not good. Front desk receptionist did not show good customer service, not welcoming, don’t even smile. The building is very unsafe, because there is no control from non guest. Anybody can enter the elevator and the room area. Recommend providing key card entry on elevators, just like other Hampton Inn Facilities. Lobby and Hallway is not inviting and no proper lighting. I had a bad experienced last night. I checked in at 11 pm, 3 August 2024. After my daughters left around 1 am, somebody knocked at my door. I waited to hear my daughter’s voice, if it was them. After few seconds I called my daughters to check if it was them knocking at my door, but they gold me no. Got scared, and I was even at the very end of the hallway, very far from the elevator. I called the front desk to inform them, so they can check the area. I was waiting for her to call me back but she did not even give me an update. It was around 3:30 am, 3 Aug. 2024, that I checked out. Before I decided to get out of my room, I called her again to make sure it’s safe. She said it was safe and she did checked after I first informed her and nobody was there. The issue wa, she did not even call me back.

Staff was incredibly courteous. My room was spacious and comfortable.

Nice property overall but my particular room was not clean. There was food in the fridge leftover from another guest, and the showers were not cleaned well.

Everything was great the lady that checked us in was not personable at all and did not give any information more seemed like we were bothering her trying to check in.

It was a very comfortable stay with super convenient shuttle to and from CMH for a flight cancellation resulting in extra night. Had an outside pool which was nice for sitting in thebsun -- the pool floor is peeling-- not the best-- but water was clean-ish and size of pool was nice for swimming some laps. Breakfast was simple and good; coffee and tea available all day. Next door hotel (hilton garden) had a restaurant with decent food (had slamon plate).
