Location convenient

The front desk clerk was extremely rude at check in. I had a confirmation for two rooms. She very flippantly said she didn’t know what happened, but they only had one room and was sold out. We had been traveling for 12 hours. I requested she contact a manager to resolve this situation. The manager told her to give us 2 rooms which she did. I spoke with the manager the next morning and he apologized and said we would only be charged for one room because of the very unpleasant experience. It appears my credit card has been charged for both rooms and I have emailed the manager to please take steps to process the credit.

staff was great pool was very clean and enjoyable, coffee all day and night breakfast was ok nice place to stay , we always stay at one of your Melbourne sites. our next trip will be on the beach and we always stay at your Santee SC hotel.

bathroom was old tub was not clean and shiny , do to it’s age.

Breakfast was okay.

Pool was not good. very small, water was green, never saw anybody in the pool.

The breakfast was excellent & the kitchen person went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was delicious & very good choices. We appreciated the fact that the heating/cooling unit was quiet. Did not wake you up when it came on.

You could tell that there had been dogs in the room previously. It had a distinct odor.

The hotel was very clean and quite, not on a major road.

Normally when I stay at a Hampton Inn, they are decorated better but the comfort was very good.

The street it was on was very quiet. The breakfast was good.

The people next to us were very noisy until very late into the night.

Staff is wonderful. Food for breakfast outstanding. This is really a great place for older couples.
